Fulfakhar (फुलफखर)/Phulphakhar (फुलफखर)[1] [2] Foolfagar (फूलफगर) Phoolfagar (फूलफगर) Fulka (फुल्का) Phulka (फुल्का)/(फुलका)[3][4] Fulfagar (फुलफगर) is gotra of Jats found in Rajasthan. It is also found in some villages in Madhya Pradesh.
Origin
- Phulka (फुलका) people have been mentioned in Bhagavata Purana along with Kiratas, Hunas, Pulindas, Kankas, etc. Their name given there is Pulkasa (पुल्कस) .[5]

- Bharati Fulfakar - आज युवा ऑफिसर (SDM साहिबा रायसिंहनगर) भारती जी फूलफकर का संस्था परिवार में। एक निडर व बेबाक पत्रकार श्री रैवन्तरामजी फूलफकर (सरदारशहर) की होनहार बिटिया जो अंधविश्वासों व पाखंडों की धुर विरोधी है। एक काबिलेतारीफ महिला व्यक्तित्व जिनकी रुचि किताबों व अध्ययन में है। सम्पूर्ण शिक्षा व जन्म स्थान सरदारशहर कस्बा।2018 में राजस्थान की प्रशासनिक सेवाओं में चयन के पश्चात ही इन्होने हर पदस्थापन स्थान पर महिलाओ व बालिकाओ को अंधविश्वासों से दूर रहने व वैज्ञानिक दृष्टिकोण अपनानें पर जोर दिया है। हमारी संस्था के महिला सशक्तिकरण के उद्देश्यों, कार्यों के साथ पूर्ण सहमति। अभी सरदारशहर प्रवास के दौरान इन्होने संस्था के "शीत सुरक्षा पखवाङा"( वृद्धाश्रम अपना घर) में आयोजन में भाग लिया व कार्यों की सराहना की। हमें इनको संस्था में "ऑनरेरी मैम्बरशिप " देते हुए बहुत खुशी व गर्व है। करमाबाई जाट महिला संस्था।
