Bawana is a village in North West of Delhi, India. Jat Gotra in village is Sehrawat. It's a CT(Census Town),with population of 23,095 as per 2001 census.It's a constituency in Delhi vidhan sabha.It gave three Jat MLA's in 72,77 & 83 ,but since 1993 it has been reserved for SC and since then represented by Chandram(BJP-93) and Surinder kumar(cong-98 & 03).
