Krishna Gahlawat
Mrs. Krishna Gahlawat (कृष्णा गहलावत) from Farmana Majra in Sonipat is considered to be the iron lady of Haryana. She was married to Balwan Singh who served in Indian Army and later BSF.
She served the constituency of Rohtak with great efforts. She was Minister in Bansi Lal Government. Now working as Chairperson of Textile Committee, Ministry of Textiles, Govt of India. She is vice president Congress Mahila Prakoshth.
Her elder son Narendra is married to Jyoti Mirdha and is active in politics.
Her younger son Sameer Gahlawat works as CEO of Indiabulls Group.
