Koyal used to get into Chaupal and Chat there from my id confusing people ;)
So I thought it best that she too be a member here with her own identity. Probably she is the youngest member on Jatland.

Ramesh ji… the name of her school is Gurukul… a CBSE board, day-boarding school. It is a blend of our traditional Gurukul system and Public schooling. Timings 9am – 5pm and the day begins with chanting of Shlokas(Sanskrit is introduced from 1st std ).
Koyal too recites many shlokas and some wonderful poems in Sanskrit.
Children till 4th std. sit on mats and each has a writing table.
The food provided is vegetarian and nutritious(all those green vegetables:( ) … and each child has to clean his/her plate.

The things that children love about the school is… uniform only on Tuesday and Thursday … minimal home-work…
and …
The GURUKUL EXPRESS… the classrooms for 1st – 2nd std. children are … old Train bogies… with the sleepers removed and turned into classroom.

Is this a chain of Gurukul Public School all over Bharat like DPS. I would like to know about this school. Can you give me some more information on this school or website.
