I never knew that this site was meant for something like this!! The following message was sent to me by a member..... I did not really know that it is a DATING site.....

Dear and respected moderators, I have not liked this sort of a thing!! Should some one get this member banned as a penalty, what should someone do?

ya I agree its not a dating site .... but its a platform to meet other jats across the globe...But this is a creative idea isnt it ...However as far as banning the member is concerned we dont know who is he/she..but if they r annoying u continuously and r not able to understand the severity of the issue then we can vote them out...n regarding ur quest wat should some one do:
1. first instance one can ignore them ...second instance: warn them ..n ask moderator to ban them afterwards..n i m sure u have followed almost the same pattern..as we r all JATs na.
2. one can add them to ignore list hope u know bout that...
3. one can start a thread or start a poll ....whether its right or not ..make a different section for this ...if it gets majority..
4. one can simply say NO to them....
5. one can redirect them to matrimonial section...
6. Last but not the least one can change his/her pic...i must tell u ur pic is really nice...take it lite...
n i m sorry for the inconvenience happened coz of some Jat guy/gal.

The points you have put here are all harbingers of your interest!!!

1. May be ignoring and bluntly speaking a NO did not work!
2. Adding them to ignore list just makes one not to see when a person is online!

4.Refer to point 1.
5.Who am I to refer anyone to Matrimonial section?
6.What would changing one's pic change? If I look so.. I do.. Can't help it!!

You need not feel sorry for ANY jat guy/gal.... I guess you are not a prophet or a pope of the whole community!!

Will seriously ask you to be chill!! I have made this point for the moderators!!

Or you could give that guy a chance. Whatever his post lacks in prudence and language he more than makes up with his insistence and shamelessness.
Could be genuine case.

i understand wht the guy (if its a girl..i'd be worried abt u)... was trying to prove.... but i don get... ur point of starting this thread!!
I don see anything bad in that msg... he just expressed..wht he felt for u. if u don like it.. tell em so!! dating site..?? ...i think u just need to take it easy!

well this is a serious issue and we are making mockery of it these unsolicited messages are always not welcome whether it is from her or him moderator should not ignore this or else we might lose member who are here for cause not for fun and seriously not for dating atleast.

I agree with Vinod.

You know Samiksha, you aren't acting like a 'sherni' here which you claimed in another thread in Humor section. You could simply decline his offer or ignore this and have the option not to get message from the guy in future.

I wanted to interact in that thread as well but restrained after feeling the tempers.I think, Shobit and Jit are matured and intelligent enough to win their point. There was no necessity to fight so vigorously.

Dear Members,

I think Sameeksha has a point to make. Moderators must find out about this gentleman (???) and may be warn him if not ban him.

By bringing this subject for discussion, Sameeksha has shown courage.

We all have spent endless hours by reading and writing on this site over several years now. We have nurtured it like a home away from home and connecting the community people across the globe. Let one immature person not spoil the atmosphere here.

The defenders of the person are advising Sameeksha about wrting a private message to the moderators. Why? Let the community know that we do have stupid people around.

I am sure moderators will take some initiative to do the needful.

Can you elaborate whom you are pointing here as the defender? If you are saying about my post then please go through the thread once again. Mr. Dahiya has given a sober reply on which the lady has replied with the remarks (you can read it yourself).

Now if she just want to make a point of this to the moderator then she can do it the way I told her but if she want to take it an issue to all of us then even we are against this nuisance.

As you are an elder,a balanced and unbiased view is expected from you Sir.
You haven't said aything against a lot of people who has supported that person comment terming as his feelings.

I feel so much at home with these kinds of meaningful posts... feels like I was missing it... I think we should discuss this properly with moderators and have a poll too... I am sure this kind of behavior by a Jat boy has something to do with Jat history and lack of aggressive Jat leader in Rajasthan... there got to be some connection...
Since you took me seriously against all my expectations let me say this...
We guys also sometime get these kinds of emails from girls... do we ever complain in public?... No... kyunki hamame dusron ka dard samajane ki aur chupchap sahane ki kshmata hai... I know how painful is it be bugged by emails by silly bleeding anguished hearts... its easy for girls to gather sympathy in such cases but it gets very hard for a guy because everyone thinks guy is to be lucky if he is target of unsolicited offers and expects him to behave the opposite... to feel like poor john you have to be poor john...

mind mat karna samu majaak kar raha hoon... (wase mind ho to beshak kar bhi lena:)... Jatland pe asse kisse sada se hote aayi hai aur ab to ye parmpara si ban gayi hai...

But i would like to request you go through this thread in humor section, post no. 92 ownwards.
I believe if she could engage in that kind of debate then she should have some courage to face this kind of situations too.
