2 Medical University ... Single Medical Univerity in Haryana. ((which isn't known that much to India, the way you're higliting it...not in any top list of top 15 or 20..i'm talking about PGIMS, Rohtak))

Karnal :- Ek dairy Institute ke aalwa kuchh hai hee nahi ure...one of the asias's best poly tech, is there in Nillokheri....Sainik School Kunjupura (from where our CM , General passed out, is there)..it's clean, peaceful city, nice sectors, mettha bollan ale log...ar kalpana chawla...basmati rice....and lot's of goodies
Hisar :- Bangar hai ...2 -2 univeristy par log aaj bhi kitne anpadh...Do you know dude, Hisar has the best professional coaching institues in haryana, and has produced..lot of student's getting selected in top's of engg. & medical colleges all across India..and abroad..

It's B.Tech:Agricultural Engg. course had a surety of Gazzeted Officers in Haryana Govt. but that posts are terminated..
GJU'S...HBS..(MBA) is the most sought after management course in Haryana.

One more thing dude.....Quality matter's, not Quanitity.....I hope i have fed you with enough knowledge about top...engg, diploma, management institutes in haryana (which you only boast of Quantity, but is there any such single institute in Rohtak...with Quality???....except the Medical Education, and that too hasn't gain any national reputation...like MDI, Gurgaon...NDRI Karnal...NBRC, Manesar...NIT Kurukshetra..YMCA Faridabad..,Sports School, Rai...Sainik School kunjpura...( Our CM, and our Army Cheif Gen. Deepak have studied there)
