Yoginder bhaisahab its not good etiquettes to mention about food or other expenses that you have incured in public forms as its sound derogatory. Does it sound good if you are talking about athani, chavani ( i know goyat does not mean anything sore but we should avoid it) ?
Nobody asked us to arrange this DJM ,it was our own initiative and we should respect the individuals ( those who didnt came they might have some issues due to which they were not able to attend the DJM as meeting was postponed due to unavoidable reasons) instead of criticising them.
Ravinder was right but you took it other way what he meant:confused:

Rinku, it is also part of etiquettes that People should advise organisers about their absence/presence even at the last minute.

kimme casual meet bhi rakho, jisme samaj sudhar bilkul na ho ar bas mauj -masti ho :D isi meet rakho jisme sare jat bada ho ya chota boole ho ja
 
well...

we used to share the expenses equally..

and if many ppls fails to turn up, the per capita share gets increased up....and discourages ppls n the organiser...and result in lower foot fall next time...

Also, isn't it about the wastage of resources?? (if the percentage of abcentism increases more than 40 %)

Also..i recieved complaints from females about the presence of one particular person..who this time again turned up, without being invited and without giving name..

and that discourages female members to come in further meets.

And finally

If someone gives his name to spend hours at the meet.

Isn't s/he supposed to inform the absence in a minute's call????

How much does it cost (time/money) to inform ??

And this has become a habit of ppls, to take it lightly...we need to BAN such irr resonsible ppls..

Also last time i had listed those defaulters, and asked them to explain their excuses that y they should be considered in the next meet....

This time i don't want to put that list..

These meets are organised to strengthen the bonding of ppls.
&
Not to shear them apart...

participation of good quanity of good ppls are required..

that's y i don't wish to put the list of defaults, as this would discourage them...

Bhai everthing was perfect, why we are shouting now.

Bhaio ghani suthree meet hoi, Bahut badhiya intjaam tha koi tu-mein nahi hui fer aab keu rolla ker rahey ho. Jo aaya wo bhee jaat hai or jo keh key bhee na aayea wo bhee jaat hai. Kesay ney time na mila hoga to nahi aa paai. Or bhai jo bina batai bhee aaya usney bhee koi galat baat tey kare eay nahi. Sab kuchh badhiya dhang say hua tha.
 
ppl here seems to b half nutts. i wonder who is tryin' to share honors, or sumthin' like tht ever mentioned on this thread. points raised by satinder were genuine concerns... thts y i termed post no. # 1111 as derogatory... pls. dont try to blow the issue out of context by giving absurd remarks, or twist the issue for tht matter. :mad:

whtever satinder said is valid.....and if mr rabbu panwar feels tht it is a cakewalk to organise such meets....let him organise the next one!!...
 
So right Kuldeep....it takes hell lot of aggravation to organize so many ppl under one roof. And its a common courtesy to give a call to the person taking the pain in case Someone is not turning up.... this is not too much to expect ] [QUOTE=brainspeak;181788]rightly put....
