Is Valentine Day harmful to our culture ?

yaha par aap logo ne phir se indian culture aur western culture ka war start kar diya hai....:D

mai to yahi kahuga ki .....each country has culture and each culture has something good itself and something bad itself.....so...i would like to say that we should follow or adopt the good things in a culture......either it is indian culture or western culture. And i dont find anythig good in celebration of Valentine day.....:rolleyes:

rahi baat shirt aur pant ki....i think there is nothing bad in this...aur ek baat aur khadi bahut mehgi hai aaj k time mai....

I have started this thread in CURRENT AFFAIRS category but mods have been moved this thread to time pass. I don't know why ? :confused: I need to circulate and eager to know that what my JL members think about RAM SENA (popular for mangore issue) and Valentine. And i think this is current affair's issue. But all JL members are doing leg pulling here.

I request to all JL members who are giving their contribution in this thread that don't go off the topic. It is a simple thread to discuss that what we think about these RAM SENA type party or social activist. :mad:

Dont you all think that due to these social activist, we are in the process of making our country like HINDUTVA TALIBANIKARAN. Where we cant do anything on our own. :mad:

Yes i know that Valentine Day is not our festival but what's wrong if we celebrate or participate this day within living in our culture limitation. Don't go beyond of the line and celebrate it with healthy enviornment.

This is my personal opinion i dont want to hurt anyone feelings. :)

Dear The Jatland Forums staff,

As per my thinking this is a serious discussion not a time pass. I did not understand as per what criteria you have chosen it for time pass section. There is not sense to put it to the time pass section.
This is a current affairs that RAM SENA is against to celebrate the valentine day and i need to see the discussion between JL members on this issue.
Please do the needful and put it back to the current affairs.

Bhai There are some points which I want to discuss...

1. Manaye ya na manaye.....
2. Western culture
3. India ka talibanikaran

1. Manaye ya na manaye...-- Kafi log kehte hai ki har din pyar ka din hai to valentinday why??? Jab har din pyar ke din hai to ek aur din manane mein itne hohulla kyon?/

Jl per jitne bhi members valentinday ke agains hai I will tell u the reason..

Rules and regulations hum apne according banate hai. virodh vo loge karte hai jinke (sorry to say) childrens bade ho gaye hai. vo sochte hai ki unki ladki aaj khan jaye gi ya unka ladka jyada paise waste karega.

Jin logo ki koi girl friend nahi hai vo is sabse jalte hai. vo kisko purpose kare ya jisko vo like karta hai usko koi aur le uda hai.

Jinki age nahi rahi ye sab karne ki yaa shadi shuda hai.. har roj biwi ko jhalte hai.


2. Western culture....Rahi baat western culture ki. To jo aap logo ko western culture mein aacha laga vo aaplogo ne aapna liya aur jo aapko aacha nahi laga use rehne diya.

Sabkucuh pehenna chod ke kurta dhoti aur kurti ghagra kyon nahi pehente?????

Stop using colgate and brush...use neem ki datoon...

Subha ko khet mein jao..stop using toilets. yehi hamara culture hai.

Stop using english use sanskrit......


And many more examples which u people have already know.


3.India ka talibanikaran---Shiv sena, bajragdal ye sare ke sare hamari sanskrati par kalank hai...Kya inhone kabhi pyar nahi kiya...ye kabhi apni gf ko ghumane park yaa movie haal mein nahi le gaye.

Mein aapko ek truth batata hu..Mere ek friend ne kaha ki bhai shivsena ka card banva le . agar kahi kisi ke sath shivsena vale pakad lete hai to card dikha dena ...


Kehne ko bhut kuch hai par aap log samazdar hai...itna hint kafi hai..
Aur ye baat bhi sahi kahi ki diwali 'holi, aur baki sare festival aap fixed day par hi kyon manate hai kabhi bhi mana lo...

fathers day mothers day un logo ke liye hai jinko aane maa baap pure sall yaad nahi aate to kam se kam us din to vo unhe unke ehsano ke liye thanks bole sake yaa chullu bhar pani mein doob mare . jo roj hi aapne maa baap ko yaad karte hai unke liye sare din fathers day aur sare din motyhers day hote hai.

At last hum insaan hai aur hame bhahana chahiye khush rehne ka.;)

Valentine Day celebration ...i feel has no harm....if it is celebrated in a gud spirit..shud be taken as a celebration of the feeling of love......can be not only between bf n gf ....not making use of it and fullfiling stupid desires.....if ppl don't like it ...shud protest...but with non voilence.........

No arguments, I thinks you should celebrate it like other festivals, I am not going to support such unnecessary events and try to discourage always.
