Ye kaam Hooda Sarkar bante hi ho gaya thaa,,,,,,bilkul shuruat mein mere bhai.....,,,,,,

aap isko kuchh % aadmiyon ka bhala bolte ho,,,,,,all these Soldiers they have near death experiences while launching operations,,,,,aur Hooda Sarkar aane se Pahle,,,Haryana Governement inko kyaa deti thi vo bhi padho meri post mein,,,,,all these Monetary benifts are State provided and each states gives as per its own Policy.

When Capt Amirnder Singh goverment was running parallel to Chautala Sahab in Punjab then it was done in Punjab and Monetary benifts were increased with great margins. But our Chautala Sahab did nothing even then, when he could see the neighboring Punjab state doing so,,,,,,,Bhai ho sakta hai,,,ki Sarkaari Khajaane ki chinta jyaada rahi ho unko

But Ch. Bhupinder Singh Hooda increased Monetary benifts to Defence Personnel gallantry award winner many folds immediately after coming to Power.

Yehi to teri galat fehmi hai Sachin

Mein kuch % admiyo ke liye kiye gaye kaam ki baat nahi karta.
Mein wo kaam chahta hoon jo har aadmi ka bhala kare. Khair teri samajh mein nahi ayega. Kya aisa siraf Haryana mein hua hai? Kya ye siraf state Govt. ne kiya hai? OROP ke liye jo log dhup mein jale hai kya ye unke karan ahi hua?

Election time ke najdeek aate hi kaise jawan yaad aa gaye pehle kahan so rahe the?

CRPF CAMP TO GURGAON BUSSTAND isi thread mein video padi hai sayad yaad ho to.
Waise mera sawal Jitender ji se tha kyonki unhone khud mana hai ki wo Gurgaon gaye the.

Rakesh, I will answer you to-the-point what you have asked. Will not go personal and will not answer anything else than this. :)

Am I happy with the development of Gurgaon?

Yes
Though I have been to limited places only in/around Ggn
Good points I have seen
1) Sheetla Mata Road and Sheetla mata pilgrims facilities
2) Flyover near Railway Station Gurgaon
3) Flyover on Basai Crossing towards Sultanpur/Farrukhnagar
4) Cemented Road near Dundahera
5) Cemented Road in Udyogvihar which was in pathetic condition for the last many years
6) Good Road on one side from Sector 23 Chownk to Sector 4
7) Auto Market Road near bus-stand. That road was in pathetic condition and now you can see and feel the nice cemented road there.
8) Good chuncks of cemented road near to bus-stand
9) I have been to Pataudi and was amazed to hear about a flyover being constructed there .... this area have never imagined of

For the following I would say that this govt should improve upon or what they could have done better as there is always scope of improvement:

1) The good road that I have mentioned from Sector 23 to Sector 4 is single sided and other half of the road is left as it is.
Why this is so? Due to this whole of the traffic is on the narrow road that is build up nicely.
2) New railway road has signs that it was constructed with cement. But one can see what material and technique was used and it is in much worse condition than it was earlier.

This shows that govt have passed orders and contracts were given but was not performed appropriatly.

They should be more strict on the contractors and officials to get the task done nicely. Else this will cause harm to them only.

The fact that development has taken place cannot be denied, even though it may have benefited limited or certain sections of the society but not the entire society. And good work must always be appreciated.

My question to you all with specific reference to the development in Gurgaon would be: For whom is this development?? How many original Haryanvis benefit from this development? How many Haryanvis have offices/homes in New Gurgaon (DLF, Sushant Lok etc etc)?? What steps has the government taken to ensure that Haryanvis get an equal playing field with the outsiders in terms of education, jobs, property etc.

Today most of the advertisers have stopped mentioning Haryana in the address line below Gurgaon and instead mention Delhi NCR. I am not averse to development but just ponder at times: what good is this development if it does not benefit fellow Haryanvis??

What has happened to Faridabad, Gurgaon is going to happen soon with Sonepat, Panipat, Rohtak etc, etc - These towns/cities will get marooned in a sea of outsiders who will compete with the locals and take off all the benefits. And if I am not wrong, I was told by someone that in case an outsider resides in Haryana for more than 10-11 years he automatically gets claim to Haryana domicile and take all the benefits available from the state's side.

Sachin, since you are so very much aware of the present state government's policies, I would specifically request you to throw some light on the steps taken by the state government to safeguard the interests of Haryanvis as against the outsiders.

Ch. Bhupinder Singh Hooda has really recognised the work of Ex-Servicemen, Freedom Fighters and Serving Defence Personnel:-

1. Monthly pension of Freedom Fighters increased from Rs. 1525/- to Rs. 5125/-
2. 10% Reservation in the State Group Housing societies for ex-servicemen and Serving defence personnel.
3. Soldiers/their widows who won gallantry awards before independence have been rewarded in terms of:- Rs.10000/- per month for Victoria Cross winner, Rs. 7500/- per month for Military Cross Winners, Rs. 3500/- for Sena Medal winners, Rs. 2000/- for Indian Order of Merit winner and Rs. 1000/- per month for Mention-In-Dispatches.
4. At least FOUR time increase of Gallantry Award Winner Post Independence:- A Paramvir Chakra winner will get Rs. 25 Lakh , earlier it was just Rs. 1,72500/-
5. Mahavir Chakra winner will get now Rs. 15 Lakh earlier it was only Rs.1,15000/-
6. Vir Chakra Winner will get Rs. 10 Lakh, earlier it was only Rs. 57000/-
7. Sena-Medal Winner will get now Rs. 5 Lakhs, earlier it was just Rs.23000/-
8. Ashok Chakra Winner will get Rs. 25 Lakhs, earlier it was just Rs. 1,20000/-
9. Shaurya Chakra Winner will get Rs. 10 Lakhs, earlier it was just Rs. 35,000/-
10. Kirti Chakra Winners will get Rs. 15 Lakhs, earlier it was just Rs. 62,000/- only.

This Policy has already been implemented, infact this was one of the first initiative which Ch. Bhupinder Singh Hooda did after coming in the Power. Sabse Pahle hamaare Haryana ke Ran-Baankuron ke baare mein hi Faisnlaa liyaa thaa..

Ch. Bhupiner Singh Hooda is the real welwisher of Kisaan, Garib, Majdoor and Soldiers.

These things only he could implement, otherwise the leaders just make false claims.

Haryana ke Sainik Bhaiyiyo ke liye itna kuchh kar diya ek hi jhatke mein. Hooda Sahab hi sache hiteshi hain sab Fauji Bahiyiyo ke,,,,,

ise to bahut bahut pehle implement kar diya jana chahiye tha...

Punjab n Himachal me is se kahin jyada hai...aur wo bhi kaaaafi pehle se...

And you can't even think comparing what haryana has been doing for the welfare of ESM....

YE EK CHHOTA SA ARTICLE HI DEKH LO..... jo 29th of May, 2006 ka hai... (baaki ki googling ka homework aapko hi de deta hu)

SOURCE: Department of Public Relations, Himachal Pradesh

The State Government has set up Ex-Servicemen Welfare Corporation in the year 1979 to improve the economic status of ex-servicemen and their wards. The Corporation has formulated Scheme of Self-employment based on Agriculture, Horticulture, Industries, Dairy Development, Poultry Farming, Hotel, Transport and Tourism etc. which could easily be adopted by the ex-servicemen or their wards to create self-employment. The beneficiary could get 75 %of the project cost as loan from any Nationalized bank besides 10 to 15 percent in the shape of small loan at the rate of seven percent interest out of which 25% interest is paid by the corporations. Under this scheme, the Corporations has benefitted 3407 Ex-Servicemen and their wards for adopting self employment so far. The Corporation is also providing training to those ex-servicemen who need to create self-employment enabling them to set up their venture efficiently.Besides these schemes of self-employment, the Corporation has also taken other initiative to create employment to ex-servicemen in the State and out-side.
It has made an agreement with A.C.C. Barmana to transport 40 percent cement out of total production to the various parts of Northern India through ex-servicemen Truck Operators and presently about 1400 trucks have been put into operation providing employment to more than 3000 ex-servicemen or their wards in the A.C.C. Barmana. To facilitate these truck operators, the ex-servicemen corporation has also opened a diesel pump at Barmana, which borrowed diesel to the truck operators on no profit no loss basis. -2- In addition to this, the Corporation has also opened an Ex-Servicemen Selection Cell at Hamirpur where more than 3000 ex-servicemen have been registered for getting employment in various private and Government owned institutions etc.
The Corporation has sponsored 908 ex-servicemen so far as security guards to various projects like SJVN, Himachal Power Hydel Project, ACC Barmana, G.V. Pout, Himalya Environment and Development Institution, Kullu and BSNL etc.

Kadian Sahab,

India is a free country and people can go in any part for job opportunities.

As far as interests of Haryanvis are concerned at least i am of the oopinion that they have been safeguarded in terms of providing a conducive environment for growth and opportunities for us.

At various posts in this thread you will find that Hooda Sahab has taken many measures in terms of New Education institutes some of them would be prime one, Medical institutes, Technical institues in various parts of Haryana, Improved communication in terms of Road network, railway network.

That way the current governement has provided all the required things so that the people of Haryana can make themselves suitably fit for any new job opportunities in the NCR/Haryana.

Now its the responsibility of educated people like you to spread awareness.

The fact that development has taken place cannot be denied, even though it may have benefited limited or certain sections of the society but not the entire society. And good work must always be appreciated.

Dear Rakesh,

For your kind information:-
Bharat ki sabhi senao ka average 50% haryana se hai...Means half of the army is from haryana only...To wo bhi "Kuchh" Logon main atey hai to:o......I can't comment

Can you please give breakup

Do you have any supproting data of your claim?

What is the percentage of that total population of armed personals to total population of Haryana?

Development for whom

Sachin No doubt India is a free country and people have the right to move and settle across states. But I wish that that were the case with J&K and the North-East. How many Haryanvis have gone on to settle there or for that matter even in Bihar or HP.

HP has state laws which debar outsiders to purchase land in HP. HP has laws which give reservation to Himachalis in their jobs. All the major states incuding the most modern and progressive states like Gujarat have a system whereby the labour department officials and inspectors have to mandatorily collate information on the percentage of local population in the industrial work force. Is it done in the case of Haryana - I don't think so. You may have a look at the factory and business establishments in Faridabad and Gurgaon to see for yourself how many Haryanvis are there as part of the workforce. Progressive states like Gujarat and Maharashtra have clearly on more occasions than one told the centre that they are not ready to share the economic burden of BIMARU (Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Rajusthan and Uttar Pradesh) states. There has never been any such demand/protest by the Haryana Government as to why does the centre incentivise corruption and inefficiencies in states like the BIMARU states at the expense of revenues earned by the progressive states like Haryana.

Haryana is relatively a small state with very limited resources in terms of land and other opportunities and by inviting the land mafia and other business sharks to my state without paying attention to the long term detrimental consequences on the people would certainly not be in our interest. What we needed was a state policy which encouraged building the foundation where the tiny tots are brought up on sound educational upbringing. What is happening now is that the state government without any long term planning is creating institutions of higher learning/universities which would generate revenues for it but at the same time because of the lack of good quality primary and secondary education, the local student population would not be in a position to get admission into them. So what would happen finally would be that students from outside Haryana are going to get those seats and also land up jobs here based on those higher qualifications. Yes of course there are going to be exceptions of local people who would send their children to private and better schools. But what is the percentage of such children??

What to talk of Indian states, the world's leading economy and the beacon of free enterprise, the US of A has promulgated and incorporated legislations protecting the right to work of locals/ Americans...

We don't need to follow examples all the time, there are times when we need to set examples. Americans just do that with the interest of their citizens being first and foremost. Would have been better had the CM of Haryana as a proud Indian safeguarded the interests of Haryanvis first who again are proud Indians. By the CM I not only intend pinpointing to the current government but also the previous CMs. If we had to give the limited resources of Haryana to outsiders, what was the logic behind struggling to get a separate state of Haryana and finally achieving it.

Was Haryana carved out of the then Punjab only to be later made into the NCR/Delhi which could be used as a dumpyard for the Central and Delhi governments. We have a new power plant coming up in Jhajjar. Have we asked why? Major portion of the electricity generated there would be going to Delhi but the pollution would be staying back for the residents of Jhajjar. We have newer townships coming up in Sonepat and Panipat or Rohtak. For whom??

No government in the state has been any different after the chief ministership of Ch. Bansi Lal who was in real terms a leader of Haryanvis and proudly proclaimed himself to be in the service of Haryana and Haryanvis.

Yes, I as an educated person would and am spreading awareness about the educational opportunities but alas the government would have created the cannon fodder locally first to feed the cannons of Higher learning. I believe and appreciate in the policies on ground that actually benefit the people AND NOT ADVERTISING CAMPAIGNS AS TO WHO IS NO.1 OR NO. 2. (as seen in the TV and print media).

My question still remains: All this development but for whom???

today i saw an article in Newspaper

Number of Technical colleges (Engineering <Degree> ko hi le lo, filhaal) affiliated to Maharashi Dayanand University, Rohtak are soon going to cross 100.

Baaki Kurukshetra University ke bhi 60-70 ke bhi gin liye..

Engineering ka battha baitha diya.....naas kar diya balkaan ka..

bechare maa-babbu khetti baadi karke...balkaan ne dakhila duvave sain....in ghatia colleges me...naukari pandi nahi fer...

2003 me yahi colleges sirf 40-45 ke around hote the....tab bhi bura haal tha.....fir colleges kyunn badhaye...??...

ginti ke 2-3 college hi badhiya sain...kahiye hooda <<sahab>> ne akk kyun balkaan ke bhavishya gellyan khilwaad kare se..

Gajender Bhai tere tain siraf ek bataungaa,,,,,Mahila University Khanpur Kala(Gohana-Sonipat). India ki first Women University hai

Aur Mahendergarh mein bhi khulyaa se,,,,ek be jaa ke dekhiye,,,,,,nyu jabardast aankh bandh karne ka kyaa faayda mere Bhai,,,,,

Wah wah Taliyaan:thappadsorry tali aala aade mila nahi

Kitne Engineering Colleges Govt. ke hain?? Ek khanpur mahila university aage pache. Surjewala ne college khola (private college) Sarkari kyun nahi ? Private pehlam thode the ek saal ki fees aur baaki kharche mila ke ek lakh se kam nahi padte un colleges mein. Itnee fees dene ke baad bhi quality of education is worse.

12% out of total armed forces Thanks for giving data to kadiyan and gajender and can you please tell what is the percentage of that population to total population of Haryana? Kitne % ko benefit mila sab nikal ayega Aur ye baat aise keh rahe hain jaise ehsan kiya hai? waise bhi armed forces centeral Govt. ke under aati hain agar mein galat nahi hoon to.
Through all this article i came to a conclusion ki CM Hooda ki tarif karne walo mein ya to siraf Hooda hain ya fir wo jinke ristenatedaro ko naukri mili hai ya jinke personal kaam hue hain.
Unhi ko sab kuch developed najar aa raha hai.
Vision ki bata du ki aane wale ek dedh saal mein bahut saare project India mein aane wali hain. Aur mujhe nahi lagta ki Hooda koi bada project Haryana ko de payega , Except that Nano khilona factory run by our respected member Sachin balyan. Sachin please add Volkswagon to that list also uske bhi kuch khilone bana dena kyonki wo Pune mein lag gayee.

Han Bhai I am totally agree with you ...Or upper se recession ne bhi problem bdha di hai.....2008-2009 wale passout dhake kha rahe hai bhai....situation is more worst for IT, Computer, Electronics guys..they have limited opportunity in Govt sec as well. Apart from that CM should more concentrate on Jobs issue it would be more beneficial to Haryana people.Rather then opening Eng colleges in every street.
