Which record you are talking about Samar Kadian bhai?

Neele ... tum aacha home work na kar rahe ... kum te kum Congress ke ee jo dagi aadmi sein unke chitthe khol bagao ... this will definatly make people aware of wrong candidates. This time they will vote for partial good person and this way it may improve election by election.

Complete incidents and what was the culprits behaviour during that. I am sure most of the people dont know about these things. I appreciate your efforts to bring ram kahani of J.P forward. Even I didnt knew half of them.

During the elections in 4-5 states few months back. On thing is clear that people have started voting clear image candidates. E.g Raman Singh, Madhya Pardesh CM Chauhan, Gehlot and Sheela Dixit etc.
This way parties are also forced to bring such people in light.

Teams of the bureau swooped on the residences of Chautala, his son and member of Rajya Sabha, the upper house of Indian parliament, Ajay Chautala, political adviser Sher Singh Badshami and Karan Singh Dalal, a legislator of Chautala’s party Indian National Lok Dal ( INLD), a regional political party in Haryana, simultaneously at over seven places in Haryana and New Delhi.

The raids were part of ongoing CBI investigations into a case registered in May 2004 at the direction of Supreme Court of India and related to a scam in the recruitment of over 3000 junior teachers in the state in 2000. 19 people have been named in the case as accused including some close aides of Chautala.

The CBI registered a preliminary enquiry(PE) on December 12, 2003 at the direction of Supreme Court which was told by Sanjeev Kumar, a Haryana cadre civil servant and former Director Primary education in the state that Chautala government asked him to replace a list of 3206 teachers who had qualified to be Junior teachers in the state. Kumar alleged that the Chautala administration asked him to replace the original list with a forged list that contained names of people who bribed the administration.

The CBI inquiry established that two sets of lists of candidates were in existence. Different marks were given to the candidates for the interview, which was crucial for appointment. Interestingly, both lists were signed by members of the three-man district-level selection committees for 18 districts.

Kumar created a sensation in 2003 when he produced the forged list prepared at the instance of Badshami and Vidya Dhar, another officer close to Chautala before the court.


After about six-month-long investigations, the CBI converted its PE into a regular case(RC) in May 24 last year under Sections related to criminal conspiracy, cheating, forgery, forgery for purpose of cheating, using as genuine a forged document of the Indian Penal Code and certain sections of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988. Last year some officers who were considered close to Chautala were also searched by the CBI sleuths.

Although the current searches on Chautala and his aides were done in connection with teachers recruitment scam, the CBI has claimed to have found papers related to two more scams relating to recruitment of police sub-inspectors and Haryana state Services in the state in past.

Yeh baat jag-haajir hai ki Gurgaon mein jiss DSP, SP, DC, ADC ki duty hogi...woh sarkaar ka khaas hoga..!!!!! Er jo opposition ka khaas hoga uski duty laagya kare Narnaul ya Jind mein.....

Aur uska case to ghareloo kisse pe hai!! Divorce cases main to aise counter charges lagana badi aam baat hai. Again not saying Hooda is not guilty (I have no clue and no one here seems to have any clue as well). But just comparatively, corruption charge on such a massive scale is entirely different! Court can ask anyone to appear infront of court.... even witnesses go to the court whenever summoned..... okay?? So if he is summoned...does not mean that he is culprit......court has not said that he is murderer or something of that sort.....so I find nothing alarming here...!!!!

I think this is not heading where it was intended to. Simple sa matlab tha....."POLL KHOL" par ab to aisa lag raha hai ki "POLL KHOL" na hoke ye ho gaya "PALLE BAANDH". Kisi ki bhi baat kisi ke palle baandh do. It is being created as a political akhaada where people are trying to defend there political beliefs blindly.

Arey kya kisi ke blame karne se koi bura/bhala ban gaya kya?? We should simply try and uncover what we know about the misdeeds of our HEROES(read leaders), followers of the thread should be able enough to know the exact conspiracy/hoopla underlying. Why can't we just let go this tendency of being overtly aggressive to defend the netas in the most nonintellectual way no matter what. Everyone knows, No Chautala, Hooda, Ajit Singh is going to come and pat ur back or offer any goodies for defending them.
