It is totally against the law of nature as ,nature has divided different roles/function of different leaving being.a male has to play the part of a male only and femal has to play the part of femal only in biological terms. if the leaving being go againt the nature then there would collapse of system. The court has observed that two major individual has right to do consusual sex if both are consenting parties. then why prostitution has not been ligalized by the court as it is also an act involve two major individual with their consent.

Well yeah, don't know what the % is, but certainly can't be 100% as there is no phenomenon that can be attributed to 100% of mankind. I think the original one is "99% of people masturbate and the rest 1% are liers". That actually sounds much more believable, but even that is merely a fantastic statement. Nevertheless, I guess the logic behind the fantastic statement is to convey that it is not a disease and that it is "normal" to be homo as it is "normal" to be hetero. Also if hetero people can feel homo, I think it builds a strong case in favor of biological factors.

And Jagmohan Sir! I cannot speak for others but I can state confidently that I do not fall in neither the 99% nor the 1% category. So, you have to come up with a third category. Call it what you may, but there are people out there who are perfectly happy living their lives as heterosexual males and females. Or, if you went to my Alma Mater's Sorority row, any straight male would be ecstatic about the fact that they are straight and were born men.

Tch tch..one more joins the queue of cheap digs. Mere yaar ab main tujhe kya hi boloon, tujhe bhi main shyana samajhta tha. Bhai is dhaalan baawle hoke aur doosron pe personal comment maar ke do hi tarah ke log baat karte hain- ek jo nire baawle hon (jo tu se koni), aur doosre jo apni khud ki chhupa rahe hon. Manne teri dhaalan clarification dene ki zaroorat koni kyuni kimme se koni clarify karne ko. Tu ghani de raha se kyunki tanne zaroorat mehsoos ho rahi se. Baaki manne fir bhi tere se koi hamdardi koni, kyunki jyukar jagmohan sir ne kaha yeh koi beemari nahin hai. Ab to legal bhi ho gaya hai...ja mauj karr...:D

Bhai! main te socchun that ak ke beraa tera rishteydaar yaa dost-saheli Gay hongey. Thats why I thought it may be a personal issue for you and expressed genuine sympathy. And, look at you; you are coming on to defend your sexuality. By personal, I did not expect you to take it personally as in for yourself.

Relax man! Stop making passes at other men by giving justifications like it has been legalized etc etc. Atleast not so blatantly. I am sure you can do that at some other online forums that are dedicated to your leanings.

Haha...was not my intention at all...:D...I am certainly not going to be proud of any of the crap I am writing (by which I mean the ludicrous personal comments and nothing else), when I see it one year from now. Par kya karein, Jat hone ka matlab you can't take anything lying down...:)
 
All those who have issues and are against the decision made in favour homosexuals...i would like to question them who the hell are they to come up with guidelines on "Sanskriti'',"Sexuality" and "Society"?....if you are not one of them good for you and your families but you are nobody to judge if Gays are right or wrong...or if the desicion made is right or not....Heights of hipocracy.....everyone has a right to live the way one wants to....You are nobody who should have problem with their personal lives....those who think are "Man' and "Natural human beings" must know that gays are the most creative beings and they excel in all creative professions...and they can beat the so called "Man" if one competes them in their profession....I have a couple of gay friends and let me tell you they are not mentally sick people but are very some intelligent beings i have known....and needless to say i feel safe while hanging out with them.

Today its homosexuality, tomorrow it will be intra-animal. There will be enough people backing intra-animal sex I am sure. Their line of defence will be, if dogs can breed with Wolf, sheep, jackal and what not, why not humans? If Horse and donkey can mate, why not a man and a bitch? May be man and sheep which will produce a man covered with woolen hairs so that the clothing problem is solved once for all. Mating with a bitch will produce a barking man...One can go on defending the acts of man, the most notorious animal...
