Rajiv bhai
No argument here about how dutch enjoy things ;););). I sure did enjoy my time there in Rotterdam, Utrecht. Amsterdam is not my kind of city. If you don't mind me asking, why were you bit afraid of Germany and Germans. Why didn't you enjoy your stay there, was it because of food, lack of friendship with locals, culture shock, weather. I don't travel as much now gave up most of it year ago, but I clocked about 2-3 Million miles, got so tired of traveling, never at any one place for more than a week, body clock got all messed up, airline food and hotel food just gave too much constipation, Way too much drinking. Paris is one city that was very unpredictable, couldn't guess what to expect next, some people simply refused to speak english others were more accommodating.
Did you travel anywhere else beside Holland and paris while you were there.

No Sir, so you can call me frog of a well - only Holland and Paris. And I heard many horror stories about germany from my Indian colleagues thats' why I used to avoid to go there.

Sorry I meant enjoyed my stay there but didn't enjoy beer there.

Sorry. You missed out on something wonderful. If you go again, don't forget to visit heidelberg, baden baden, munich. Nice places.

For the original post, none.. Better live life instinctively rather than have any set rule for it.. I don't know what I will do in 10 minutes, life is more fun this way...

Sure Sir, I missed many places like Rome, Switzerland, Spain etc or say I have seen nothing there, just spent 5 years in Nijhofflaan 12. I have planned to spend few years of my retirement in Holland and that time I will use to visit such places. Hope till then you will also be free to guide me. Basically I am an introvert creature and just enjoy my living room and my family.

kind regards

so tho hai, btw what is visitor message. and how can I decide if I should say something here or there?

After all I am what I am Jat 16*2 =8.

Sorry, I can never agree on this statement....My mother is such a strong lady who always maintained her mental/emotional balance and also proved to be a good support to my father....though my father also supported her with all immediate steps whenver required and there was nobody to support them (we were just little kids when we seen all the difficult phases of life in a family which can never be wiped out from our memories).

They really have big heart that even after facing all difficulties and suffering all the pain they still can forgive people and helping same people. But as a child I still have hate feelings somewhere, only a formality left behind just because of parents.

From all those experiences only I learnt a person is lucky if his/her spouse is good as ancestors dont remain with you for whole life.

So, Mr. Pawan you can say.......family member but not family members

kya baat kah di neelam aapne!!
aapne to "spouse" ko maa-baap se bada kar diya.......maa-baap se zyada help apka life partner karta ????how could u say so......
bachha abhi apni maa ki kokh se bahar nahi nikala, tab se uske parents ko uski fikar honi shuru ho jaati hai........uske is duniya me aane se apni(parents) death tak use(child) kisi tarah ki koi pareshani nahi hone dete....jitna unse banata hai us se kahi zyada karte hai.....use(child) paal-pos kar itna bada karte hai ki wo apne pairon par khada ho sake.......lekin kuch bachhe kuch zyada hi bade or samajhdar ho jate hain.......wo itne zyada samajhdar ho jaate hai ki unhe ab apne life partner par apne parents se zyada vishwas hone lagta hai.......kyonki un bachhon ko ab ye lagne laga hai ki unke parents saari umar unki help nahi kar sakte.......kyonki ab wo budhe ho gaye hain......wo bachhe ye bhul jaate hai ki unko itna samajhdar in parents ne hi banaya hai........or un bachho ko lagta hai ki wo lucky isliye hain ki unhe ek achha life-partner mil gaya.......isliye nahi ki unhe itne acche maa-baap mile.........
DONOT BE SO SELFISH NEELAM......IS DUNIYA MEIN HAR CHIZ DUBARA MIL SAKTI HAI.....PAR MAA BAAP SIRF EK BAAR HI MILTE HAI........UNHE KISI SE BHI COMPARE NAHI KIYA JAA SAKTA.....

Which one you choose out of the two and why?
  1. To live as single
  2. To live married life
Which one you choose out of two and why?
  1. Friends company/ur own social group
  2. Family life
I just want to know the replies as because of these two different options in our life we disturb one or the other at times.

So, how to make a balance between the two.

Is Q1 only for married ppl, since singles haven't have both the experiences so how can they comment on married life?

In Q2, I guess one can maintain both the relations, infact most of us do that. I never felt my one relation(friends) is disturbing other one(family) and vice versa.

Switzerland is good, but food sucks, how many times a day can you eat stupid 'Fondu' with sausage. Melted cheese and pork, good grief. As far as spain is concerned their food sucks too, that crap called 'Tapas' hello, can someone make me some Khicadi, spanish architecture is good, public transportation is good, but proverbial 'Jaeb Katre' pick pocketers are in abundant supply. Spanish countryside is far better than their big cities like Madrid and Barcelona. Rome is just a clean version of Delhi. Nobody pays attention to traffic, every kind of scam is available there, purse snatching is even worse in Rome than it is in Delhi. Had few fights in Rome, did kick some Italian A$$. Italian country side of Ventimeglia, San Ramon are good cities, driving in Rome is 10 times worse than it is in Delhi. Best food in Europe, best pasta I had in my life was in Ventimeglia a small shop. If you want to buy some great tailored suits and clothes, don't go to Milan but florence. Better prices and better quality.

Is that so? Any good reason why you think it is because of the nature of Jat community?

For Sunita Hooda:

In my experience, I don't find Jat community restrictive in any way. It gives freedom to choose one's lifestyle. So my question is why do you think that it is next to impossible to live as a 'single' in Jat community?
