I think you are reading it just because it happens to be under Modi, had it been Maharashtra or Haryana you would have been standing with me criticizing it as unfair, against farmers.

Rich gets unfair gains, poor pay... that is what we call crony capitalism

And what discounts are you talking about?

Search this on google "illegal drawing of water from canal for irrigation"

How can one relate "Issuing licence to farmers" to draw a fixed/required quantity of water to Charging farmers and discounts to business houses? Anyway i finds this bill as arranging and organizing the natural resources in a better way and an attempt of Gujarat Govt. in a positive direction to ensure the minimum wastage.

So if it happens in Gujarat it is termed as 'Crony Capitalism'. Is it called something different when it happens in Haryana (Vadhra+B.S.Hooda), Rajasthan (Gehlot's recent sandstone mining licence scandal)?

No, but it is only accepted if it happens in Gujarat. If it happens in Haryana/Maharashtra etc etc, the trolls make sure it is exposed. Sanjeev's argument is a testimony to how one can go beyond their own beliefs to accept the return of licence raaj for poor.

The underlined is the key part. BJP currently has 115 MPs in the LS. It needs at least 65 more in 2014 to reach 180. That's a more than 50% increase over their previous results. BJP's highest ever tally under Vajpayee, its best ever leader was 183. Is Modi better than Vajpayee to notch up similar number of seats?

My post doesn't say its a pre-condition. It points out the dissimilarities between the last successful PM candidate of BJP and the current aspirant. As the TOI article said, they are like chalk and cheese.

One can shoulder CM responsibilities without experience, but PM of a nation is a completely different ball game.

I haven't read the other posts in this thread. Just a thought on your post- support may not necessarily convert to vote, and what he achieved at the state level (associated with a national party), can he achieve the same at the national level and with his own Moditva Party?
If this has been answered earlier, you can just refer me to that source/posts, thanks.

वॉर्टन को महंगा पड़ रहा है भारत के भविष्य के प्रधानमंत्री मोदी से पंगा।

1. कैसे आप हमेशा खान्ग्रेस की असफलता और मक्कारी को अपने शब्दजाल में लपेट कर उन्हें शानदार तरीके से प्रस्तुत कर देते है? उदहारण स्वरुप कैसे देश की गिरती हुई क़ानून व्यवस्था को आपने खान्ग्रेस की विजय के रूप में पेश किया एक धागे पर!

2. कैसे आप हर बार मोदी के किसी भी कार्यकलाप को जनहित के विपरीत देख पाते है और कैसे खान्ग्रेस के 600 रूपये में 5 लोगो को महीने भर भरपेट खाने की निहायत ही संकीर्ण योजना को सुनहरे एवं उज्जवल भविष्य का प्रतीक बताते है??

3. कैसे आप मोंटेक सिंह के 31 रूपये वाले ब्यान पर एकदम से चुप्पी साध जाते है ?? जबकि आप जैसे बुद्धिजीवी से समस्त जाटलैंड उनके ऐसे ब्यान पर मुखर होकर आलोचना की अपेक्षा करता है ठीक वैसे जैसे आप मोदी के खिलाफ बुलंद आवाज में विरोध करते है। परन्तु आप नहीं करते। आपको ज्ञात हो तो आज के परिवेश में 31 रुपये में 1 टाइम का खाना भी नहीं खाया जा सकता। अब जिज्ञासा होनी स्वाभाविक है !!

4. कैसे आप वाड्रा के गोलमाल पर गोलमोल बात कर जाते है । उधारंतः वाड्रा -dlf की डील पर आपने अपने अधरों को जैसे सी लीया था । आपने उनको बिना समय व्यर्थ किये आधी-अधूरी इन्वेस्टीगेशन पर क्लीन चिट प्रदान कर दी। परन्तु जब बात मोदी की आती है तो वहा अपना दोहरा चरित्र प्रस्तुत करते हुए उनपर आरोप लगाते है? जबकि 10 वर्ष से ज्यादा समय व्यतीत होने पर भी मोदी के खिलाफ sit ने खुद कबूला है की मोदी के खिलाफ कोई सबूत नहीं है ! फिर भि आप उन्हें कुछ अलग नजरिये से देख पाते है ! अर्थात इस मामले में आपको देश की कानून पर भरोसा नहीं!!

5. कैसे आप खान्ग्रेस के खिलाफ लिखे गए हर वाक्य को व्यतिगत रूप से ले जाते है और कोई आंकड़े प्रस्तुत करने लग जाते है और ऐसे अड़ियल रुख से समर्थन करते है की जैसे आप ही परम सत्य है और बाकि सब मिथ्या?

6. कैसे आप जमीनी हकीकत से कोसो दूर रहते हुए भी केवल आंकड़ो के आधार पर सिर्फ खान्ग्रेस का ही गुणगान करते फिरते है? आपसे जब भी कोई प्रश्न किया जाता है, जो की जमीनी हकीकत से जुड़ा होता है, आप अपनी असीमित सोच से उसका उत्तर न देकर उस से बच निकलते है। और उत्तर न सूझे तो उस प्रश्न को ही फालतू का प्रश्न बता देते है! हंसी आती है आपके इस मूर्ख व्यवहार पर (जो की आपसे बिलकुल अपेक्षित नहीं होता!!) :)


अभी जैसे 2 दिन पूर्व आपने कहा की किसान को पानी के लिए किसी से कुछ नहीं पूछना/लेना चाइये । जब मैंने पुछा की क्या आपको ज्ञात है की "सूंडवा" क्या होता है, तो आप चुप्पी साध गए, क्युकी आपको मालूम नहीं है की खेतो में पानी दिया कैसे जाता है ! जिस किसान का खेत "टेल " पर हो, उस से जाकर पूछिए ये सूंडवा क्या होता है। हकीकत मालूम पड़ेगी पानी चोरी की । बेफिजूल में गाहे-बगाहे सिर्फ किसी के खिलाफ केम्पेन करने की बजाए जमीनी हकीकत से जुड़िये।

अब सनी भाई के प्रश्न का उत्तर दिए देता हु :
सूंडवा हाथी की सूंड के जैसा लम्बा पाइप होता है जो किसान पानी की चोरी के लिए इस्तेमाल करते है। यहा मै गुरु देसी की तरह अड़ियल रुख ना अपनाते हुए ये स्वीकार करूँगा की सरकार की कमजोर दूरंदेशी की वजह से किसानो को पानी कम मिलता है सिंचाई के लिए । इसलिए वो या तो चोरी करने के लिए बाधित होते है या ट्यूबवेल लगते है । परन्तु जो नहर के पानी का ओसरा मिलता है, उसमे भी कोई आपके हक़ का पानी चोर ले सूंडवे के जरिये तो आपकी फसल का तो भगवान् मालिक है। ये समस्या का हल नहीं है की किसानो को पानी के लिए लाएसेंस लेना पड़ेगा। इस अधिसूचना में अवश्य ही खामिया है । सरकार को और प्रयास करने चहिये इस दिशा में की किसान को पानी मिले। परन्तु जिस तरह से पानी की चोरी हो रही है और जमीन के पानी का दोहन हो रहा है, इसके खिलाफ कुछ तो सकारात्मक हो रहा है। यदि इसमें लोगो को कुछ आपत्ति है भी तो उसमे सुधार भी किया जा सकता है।

सन्नी भाई आपकी दादीजी अवश्य ही सुंडी के बारे में कह रही होंगी। ये एक प्रकार का कीट होता है जो फसल के लिए हानिकारक होता है । हो सकता है आपकी तरफ इसके सूंडवा या सूंडवि कहते हो । पर मेरा आशय पानी चोरी हेतु उपयोग में लाये जाने वाली वस्तु से था ।



अब मै ये कतई आशा नहीं कर रहा हु की गुरु देसी इन प्रश्नों के जवाब देंगे! देंगे भी तो कुछ बेतुका सा लिखेंगे की खान्ग्रेस के खिलाफ तो सब लिखते है इसलिए मै नहीं लिखता !! (हा हा हा ) यहा मै सशर्त कह सकता हु की bjp के लिए शायद ही कोई लिखता होगा जाटलैंड पर। जो लोग मोदी के लिए लिख रहे है वो दरअसल प्रगति चाहते है । जब खान्ग्रेस को 65 साल देश लूटने का मौका मिला है (दिन प्रति दिन उजागर होते घोटाले गवाह है ), तो यदि मोदी को अवसर मिले और उनको उनके वादों पर एक बार परखा जाए तो क्या हर्ज है??

हमे आभास है की गुरु देसी आप खान्ग्रेस के सबसे कट्टर भक्त है, और आपने उनके मीडिया केम्पेन को भी बढ़ावा दिया है ! और यहाँ भी उसी केम्पेन के तहत लगे हुए है । जरा इस पट्टी को नजरो से हटाइए और देश की असली दुर्दशा को महसूस कीजिये।
यदि आपको कुछ करना है तो समाज के उत्थान के लिए काम कीजिये । आंकड़े तो कोई भी कही से भी चिपका सकता है । जरुरी है जमीनी हकीकत को समझना जो या तो आप समझना नहीं चाहते, या वो आपकी सोच की पराकाष्ठा के परे है । फिर भी जाटलैंड को अपने ज्ञान के सागर की कुछ बूंदों से भाव-विभोर रखा कीजिये !!

नोट : उपरोक्त वाक्यों से ये कतई नहीं माना जाना चहिये की मै bjp या मोदी प्रेमी हु। मै देश की प्रगति चाहता हु और यदि वो प्रगति खान्ग्रेस भी करती है (बिना घोटाले किये)तो मुझे उसमे आपत्ति बिलकुल नहीं है । परन्तु वो देश का विकास न करके अधिकतर घोटाले कर रही ह । इसलिए आज के समय में सरकार में बदलाव की आवश्यकता महसूस हो रही है।

बीजेपी के भी कुछ कट्टर भक्त हैं भाई इधर। मोदी के चाहने वालों में बेशक देश की प्रगति चाहने वाले लोग हैं। पर कई मोदी के परम भक्त 2002 में बन गए थे और उन्हें प्रगति से ख़ास फर्क नहीं पड़ता, वोह "मोदी ने अच्छा सबक सिखाया" से खुश हैं।
