I was curious to find out who this guy is. This is what I found about him;

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kamaal_Rashid_Khan

What a character he is. He thinks India will listen to his opinion .. What should I say after knowing what sort of character he is.

The title of the thread confused me this to be a humorous thread , I apologise :) ;) Although beyond the sarcasm, his post was related to Modi thus fits the post.

Hmm. This is a humorous thread for you ? Finally, by posting that Joker video you revealed ur inspiration.

News 1: Jairam Ramesh says toilets more important in India than temples

News 2: Make toilets before temples: Narendra Modi tells students in Delhi

Both are similar but the difference lies in the reaction of people, when Ramesh said it people called him communal, attacking hinduism but when his holyness Modi has said it it has become holier than Geeta.

What a hypocrite approach, isnt it?

This simply shows that public has developed blind faith in Modi and his words are taken as Gospel.

It takes time and effort to make an image modi has that image now that people believe in him but not in jai ram

You know he ordered destruction of many illegal temples & even mosques in Gujrat for development projects but build those religious shrines at other places . He even irked many firebrand VHP leaders including Praveen Bhai Togadia but common people did not protest for that. That's the trust of common people in him not of the party or a particular class.

Public? Are you saying public the same way as Modi followers say Indians want him to be the PM?

His next speech should start with - 'At the stroke of midnight hour..... ' will be more authentic, original

This simply shows that public has developed blind faith in Modi and his words are taken as Gospel.

Jyani he is a good runner...!!
he is good at ambush, the topics which he has data from high command, he will make hue and cry,,and when in this type of situation he will not show up for couple of days.. and then start something on some other thread or new hue and cry in the same thread form the trail of some other topic.

Typical congress party behaviour,, when they have to answer they keep mumm...!!!
Only one person can make them speak...MODI.

Don't run away again please explain how come Uttrakhand is more developed than Haryana and Himachal is more developed than Karnatka. Also answer the numerous other question which you dodged.

I appreciate your definition of Congi spokespersons. Did you see face saving exercise of Manish Tiwari yesterday ? It was hilarious , when one reporter asked him that you were among those minister who were defending the ordinance few days back. AGHAST.

Now everyone has turned their back to previous statements,,,,everyone is now chanting what ''RAUL BABA'' says is right,,,and this is group thinking and blah blah blah....

last night i was listening to this debate on times now and seen how RS SOORJEWALA was ratting ''RAUL BABA"" "RAUL BABA"..

1) The national auditor has said the state government has incurred 41% higher debt than the previous fiscal and burdened the exchequer with heavy interest liability at a higher rate. The state government had taken a loan of Rs 15,083 crore to adjust the monetary deficit of Rs 11,027 crore, leaving a balance of Rs 3,645 crore, which is poor debt management, said CAG.

2) It has invested Rs 39,179 crore in corporations, boards, government companies, rural banks and joint ventures. In the last five years, the average return on this investment was 0.25% while the state government has paid interest at the rate of 7.75%.

3) The CAG report, which is likely to be tabled in the ongoing session of the state assembly, also criticized the government for not furnishing utilization certificate of Rs 9,066.34 crore. (corruption?)

4) The CAG has also observed that compared to other states, Gujarat traditionally spends less on education and health. Though, in 2011, the amount spent on health was adequate.

5) CAG has also ridiculed the government on computer literacy and education — Rs 292 crore was allocated but only Rs 88.24 crore was used. Similarly, for special courts, Rs 629 crore was granted, but only Rs 252.45 crore was used.

6) In the roads and buildings department, Rs 957.95 crore was allocated for constructing offices, but not even half the amount was spent for various reasons. Sighting many such examples, CAG has observed that there is wide variation, practically under every major head of account.

7) Although the entire state government has been criticized, the finance and public sectors have been shown as least efficient. For example, savings under each major heads clearly suggest non-performance of government departments, for which no reasons have been given.

CAG Report

In short, it is a perfect example of crony capitalism. Give state funding to businesses to flourish costing state the interest and borrowing more money to show less deficit and all this in an already progressing state. Is this the development for people, or for self boasting?

Same CAG has reported the misappropriation of funds in some congress ruled states. I suppose underutilization is not as bad as misappropriation and miss-utilization.
