Shashi Kant had recently visietd Gurdwra Amb Sahib in Mohali to lend support to the fast-unto-death by Gurbaksh Singh Khalsa, where he reportedly praised the late militant leader.

Though Yogender Yadav described Bhindanwale as no hero for the party yett Mr. Shashi Kant did not contradict his earlier stance and joined Aam Aadmi party.

I fail to understand the criterion to distinguish personal line of thought and party line of thinking.
 
आप के चार विधायक बीजेपी के टच में

आम आदमी पार्टी के विनोद कुमार बिन्नी समेत चार विधायक बीजेपी के टच में हैं। ये आप से नाराज हैं और बीजेपी के दो नेताओं के संपर्क में हैं। हालांकि बीजेपी नेता इस बात से इनकार कर रहे हैं कि उन्होंने खुद आप विधायकों से संपर्क किया। सूत्रों के मुताबिक आप के तीन विधायक पहले से ही बीजेपी के कुछ नेताओं से व्यक्तिगत स्तर पर संपर्क में थे। आप में बगावत के बाद भी बीजेपी लोकसभा चुनाव तक शांत रहने की रणनीति पर चल रही है। लेकिन लोकसभा चुनाव के बाद दिल्ली की सियासत में उथलपुथल होने की संभावना है।

सूत्रों के मुताबिक, बिन्नी ने जब मंत्रिमंडल गठन के वक्त विरोधी सुर उठाए थे, तब से वह बीजेपी के कुछ नेताओं के संपर्क में हैं। बिन्नी ने प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस कर जो खुलासा करने की बात की थी, वह खुलासा भी बीजेपी नेता नितिन गडकरी कर चुके हैं। बिन्नी उस वक्त आप और कांग्रेस में एक बड़े बिजनसमैन की मदद से हुई कथित डील का ही खुलासा करने वाले थे, लेकिन उस वक्त उन्हें लोकसभा चुनाव में टिकट देने का वादा कर शांत कराया गया।

बीजेपी सूत्रों ने बताया कि बिन्नी के अलावा वेस्ट दिल्ली से आप के दो विधायक भी बीजेपी नेताओं के संपर्क में हैं। वे बीजेपी नेताओं से मिलकर आप को लेकर अपनी नाराजगी का इजहार कर चुके हैं। बहुत मुमकिन है कि बिन्नी के बाद ये भी बगावती सुर अख्तियार कर लें। वे अपनी पार्टी छोड़ने के लिए तैयार नहीं हैं, लेकिन पार्टी के भीतर रहकर ही उनकी मुश्किल बढ़ा सकते हैं। इनके अलावा एक और आप विधायक बगावत कर सकते हैं। ये विधायक बिन्नी के काफी करीबी हैं।

बीजेपी के एक सीनियर नेता ने कहा कि लोकसभा चुनाव तक बीजेपी शांत रहेगी। आम आदमी पार्टी में इतनी उथलपुथल हो रही है कि किसी को बाहर से कुछ करने की जरूरत नहीं है। बीजेपी नहीं चाहती कि किसी भी तरह उस पर यह इल्जाम लगे कि वह आप के लिए दिक्कतें पैदा कर रही है, क्योंकि ऐसा होने पर लोकसभा चुनाव में इसका गलत असर पड़ सकता है।

लोकसभा चुनाव के बाद बीजेपी, आप के खिलाफ अपनी रणनीति पर अमल कर सकती है। लोकसभा चुनाव के बाद अगर दिल्ली सरकार के खिलाफ अविश्वास प्रस्ताव आया तो आप के बिन्नी समेत चार विधायक वोटिंग से नदारद रह सकते हैं।

The tribune report is also a bit vague and says Shashi Kant 'reportedly' made the statement.

In any case, Bhindrawala's violent ideology shouldn't be hero worshiped. There is some section of the Sikh population which does sees him as a hero though.

But now you would say it is Shashi Kant's personal view and not of the party.

Of course, he 'reportedly' made the statement before joining AAP. Subsequently Yogendra Yadav has made AAP's position clear on the issue when asked.

I don't know why you fail to make the distinction between a party stand and an individual's view. Its quite simple to me.

On a side note - AAP is a party that will face more such conflicts as its a party in its infancy. The more it grows and assumes more responsibility, the more is the need to build coherence across party cadre. Otherwise it will stumble from one controversy to another which will overshadow the good work that it has the potential to do.

AAP ka sach saamne aa raha hai dhere dhere....AK natak karne main MG ka bhi baap nikla..saadgi ka cholla oohd kar dictatorship karte hai yeh....publicity ke liye ya kuch bhi kar sakte hai....kuch bhi karne se pehle media ki bula lete hai...pehle din metro main gaye shapath lene...1-2 din kuch log autorickshaw se aaye...night shelete main gaye media ki fauj lekar...ab kya ho raha hai..sab VIPI gaddi main ghoom rahe hai....

Of course, he 'reportedly' made the statement before joining AAP. Subsequently Yogendra Yadav has made AAP's position clear on the issue when asked.

Bhindrawale is a hero for me..because he was a jatt..aur usne indira gandhi ke kabaz kar di thi...
this is my personal view...

anyway, yeh aapki AAP ke makkaar koi nahi hai....aur jo aap kahte ho ki unhe time do...
- kya AK ko kisi ne kaha tha ki wo election se pehle kahe ki main 2 din main bjli, paani ki samasya solve kar doonga..10 din main lokpal aa jaayega........jab ab time nikal gaya to log bolenge hi..
..saari kasme jhooti kahayi...sabse bada jhoota..
- kya aap itne andhe ho ki aapko inki nautanki dikhayai nahi di...kuamr vishwas jaise joker iske head hai...
- wo metro, autorikshwa se jaana kaha gaya eibb..
- iss AK se bada makkar koi nahi hai..jatto ka to yeh dushman hai ek number ka................koi jatt bhai ek bhi vote mat kharab kaiyo iss AAP ke liye
- aur aapko party with a difference lag rahi hai...kaha se hame batana..??
-aur aap yeh party stand aur individual stand ki baat kyoun nahi samajh rahe.....agar diggi raja kuch bhokta hai to log gaaliya to congress ko hi dete hai....agar shinde home minister kal yeh kahe ki kashmeer pakistan ko de dena chaiye..aur meri yeh ek home minister ki tarah nahi balki personal rai hai..to log congress ko gaali nahi denge ki kissko home minister bana diya.....

Now where does the stand taken by Mr. Binny comes according to your definition ! Has he ventilated his own views on the issues agreed upon by the Party and failure of the Government to do so within stipulated time or he has violated/not violated the party discipline!

AAP ka Law Minister raat ko Surprise muayana kar sakta hai Delhi kaa. Per jis gaali men uss Danish mahila ka rape hua tha, Vaahan 2 Street lamps naheen lagwa sakta. Kya yeh baatein bhi public memorandum karreygi, tabh dikhayi dengi! Sirf dusre per aarop lagane sey sarkar naheen chalti. Abh yeh keh rahe hen ki Unn Police waalon ko suspend karro. Lok Sabha ki gaddi aur deydo inko. PM bana diya toh fir Opposition per ilzam lagayenge ki voh humen kaam naheen karne deyte! Inka kaam karne ka mann to hai naheen.
