Challenges and Chances before AAP

Waah, what an approach dear friend !! Let me try, hope you will take it as truth, keeping aside the AAP-Congress battle for the time being.

I know a friend of mine from the area ( having his ancestral house and stays in Khidki area since birth), he told me that the area has lots of these foriegner people and they have made it a hell. All sort of illegal activities like drugs peddling, sex trade etc is being done from their houses.

These ladies have now got a backing from loccal congress "chamchas" who are using them to settle scores with AAP. They have told them that they have backing from centre and thus Police will favor them. They just have to get AAP leaders punished.

I dont know why you are not able to get this. Or, you know this but still trying to join the Congress bandwagon, which is trying hard to malign AAP in this entire episode.

Friend,

First thing must be made clear to you is that, forget about my joining the Congress bandwagon as I have nothing to do with any of the Political Parties involved in the controversy. This discussion is just on what is what !

Even if I fully subscribe to the view that there was happening anything objectionable or unlawful, was the mid night crackdown on that area justified legally or not, is the question being debated.

भारतीय संविधान के उस लचीलेपन को दूर करवाने हेतु धरना दें सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आगे जा के जिसकी वजह से अपराध और अपराधी दोनों बढ़ते भी हैं और बच भी निकलते हैं वरना ऐसे तो फिर कबीलाई लोगों के भी अपने कानून हैं, नक्सली अपने कानून चाहते हैं, कश्मीरी अपने चाहते हैं, हैदराबादी अपने चाहते हैं, क्या मतलब अब देश में हर गली-मोहल्ले में अपने-अपने कानून होंगे क्या? मुझे अफ़सोस हो रहा है कि शहरों में भी कबीलाई सोच के ही लोग बैठे हैं, फर्क सिर्फ पहनावे और सुविधा का है, विचार और आचार वही सदियों पुराने|

और एक और ये बिमारी हो रखी है ये "आप" वालों को, लेते हैं और खुद को और खुद के इन कारनामों को भगत सिंह बताने लग जाते हैं| माफ़ी "आप" वालो माफ़ी, "आप" तो भगत सिंह के विचारों और तरीकों के आसपास भी नहीं पहुंची है आजतक और इन लक्षणों के साथ पहुंचेगी भी नहीं| अगर "आप" में वाकई भगत सिंह की सोच होती और देश की लॉ एंड आर्डर के समस्या को सुलझाने को सीरियस होती तो गलियों-चौराहों पे गुंडागर्दी करने और धरने करने की बजाये सीधे सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आगे जा के जम जाती| "आप" के साथ तो एक मशहूर हरयाणवी चुटकुले वाली बनी हुई है कि "आप" "गीदड़" को पकड़ के उसको "शेर" मनवाने पे तुली हुई है कि तू मान कि तू शेर है| बताओ पुलिस के पीछे पड़े हैं कि तू मान कि तू ही शेर है, अरे जा के सुप्रीम कोर्ट में धरना दो ना, जहां से हर लॉ एंड आर्डर चलता है या पार्लियामेंट में जाओ, जैसे भगत सिंह गए थे| ऐसे आम पब्लिक को तंग करने से भगत सिंह कहलवाने की गलत फहमी मत पालो! - Phool Kumar Malik

Sir, When they rent those foriegn nationals then it is fine, otherwise they protest. I know that is a genuine problem there, but was the method adopted by AAP justifiable? I don't know how much they were concerned but they don't want to let go any chance to exploit issues to turn them into LS votes. Mockery of system nothing else.

Friend,

If such activities are being carried out in the area, then lawful action and legally acceptable steps must be taken by the authorities without fear or favour.

But night raid by a group of people on the 'supposed culprits' without having search warrants cannot be appreciated by the civilised world.

Kindly share what your friend says on the issue : if all these unlawful activities are happening in the accommodations provided on rent by the locals or in government buildings. Or these foreigners have got their own buildings constructed in this area.

Mere bhai koi manna nhi kar ki wahan ye ho rha hai ya nhi. Point ye hai ki cheap publicity ke liye tum kanoon ko hath me leke aise karte ho wo kahan tak sahi hai? Ek process hai wo follow karo, agar bat nhi ban rhi fir dharna karo. Khud fannekah ban ke pahuch jao, police aala se gaali do and fer tamashaa karo. Har cheez ke liye ek parameter rakha jaana chahiye. Bhai sarkar chalana kimme maagi banana thodi hi hai ak 2 min me ho gya.....samajdaari ye hoti ki thodi thawas rakh ke saari cheez plan karke ek ek karke execute karo. Media me rehne ka chaska chod ke inhe kam me jayda dhyan dena chahiye.

To me, it seems that this all happened because despite all evidences on the spot, Police force did not act swiftly. Rather, Police seems to have a confidence that Home Ministry was behind them even if they do not raid these premises.

Also, locals give their houses on rent for earning money. If you are not aware, rental business is prime source of income in many areas of Delhi.

Exactly brother, it went out of hand because both Police and AAP leaders were adament on proving themselves are right. Such incidents happen when the police force has been given orders not to follow the state govt directions. This is typical example of coordination failure by a govt. And Congress is giving it fire simply to get mileage and reasons to pull the plug.

Law and order is not judiciary problem, administration and govt has to take care of it. And Delhi Law and order agency "Delhi Police" is controlled by Congress' "Havaldar turned Home Minister Shinde"

You had asked a question from fellow member about the "truth" of the case and I tried my response to it. Joining congress or not, is your choice and no one can force and is not a matter of discussion on this thread!!

bhai mera kahna to sirf itna hai ki, police kiske under rah ke kaam kare, ye police ke haath mein nahin, ya to parilament ke haath mein hai ya Supreme Court Judiciary ke. Police ki apni marji kahaan chalti hai bandhu ki wo jab chaahe Delhi govt. ke under rah ke kaam kar le aur jab caahe center ke under and thats why I said ki gaadad ko pakad ke sher kahlwaane se sher to nahin pakda jayega na, so police kiske under ho.... iska hisaab police se lene ka kya logic, aap hi batao?

आम आदमी पार्टी ने 26 जनवरी, 2014 तक एक करोड़ सदस्य बनाने का लक्ष्य रखा था। बताया जा रहा है कि उसके 50 लाख सदस्य बन भी गए हैं, लेकिन इस विराट सदस्यता अभियान में जो फ़र्ज़ीवाड़ा चल रहा है, क्या पार्टी को उसकी ख़बर है?

Membership cards have been issued to all these people by the AAP !

In addition, Barrack Obama, the President of USA has also been issued membership card as shown on the TV last evening.

Indeed AAP is emerging fast as an international party and is 'party with difference' to other political parties of India !!!

What you say now is clear to everyone that one is free to choose/or not chose one's political party.

But earlier you had alleged joining the bandwagon of Congress and I have just made it clear that I have not joined the same !

Nonetheless the matter ends here as both of us have cleared our positions on the matter !

Read here what AK said on 23/12/2012 - Sheila dikshit and Sandeep dikshit asking for Delhi police commissioner's removal. What a joke? They think that people of this country are fools. It's a drama. Congress got people beaten up by police. Now, Sheila and Sandeep ask for his removal. As if he was working without their Orders. It appears that in the next one or two days, now they will remove police commissioner and make him a scapegoat. Congress thinks only they r intelligent. People can understand cheap congress politics.

2) Who asked him to leave dharna
3) What did he get after dharna

1) To satisfy ego of Somnath bharti because SHO didn’t take orders to illegally raid without warrant
2) Even after repeated calls/request/begging, people didn’t join (Earlier he told don’t come to join us due 26 th jan prepration). SO he had no other choice but to leave. Also army was supposed to get control over the city next morning
3) Nothing, Policemen were on leave, enquiry was setup even before the dharna.
 
After reading posts, one thing is pretty clear that it is so easy to criticize but difficult to praise. The issues that he has brought to light is no where appreciated. Changes cannot be brought in a day or two. You need to give them time to prove themselves .They are new to politics. They are bound to make mistakes.
Tell me the name of one chief minister who has showed courage in Pin Pointing that Delhi Police is corrupt or brought water mafia in light or talked about drug peddling .
Atleast he did , we must not forget that.
We all talk about bringing change in system. But when someone actually tries hard to do something, we criticize him . Now that’s hypocrisy at its best .
 
Yes brother. I agree - he is the weakest chief minister of Delhi so far. Must be sacked quickest possible. Dont know why is Congress supporting him. Any clues?
