one more suggestion from my side, a JL gp can be created on whatsapp and at least 236 members can join. i believe active members are around 200 only.

i think, whatsapp is the main reason for low participation. members have a almost fixed time slot in daily chorus of activities for all these social media activity. major portion of spare time has been hijacked by Whatsapp. even face book traffic has also been decreased. mobile has snatched...
