Finally, we have one India with the same rules everywhere. No special appeasement policy for a special group of people. This is a very positive step made by the government. It was long overdue and we have allowed it to fester for 70+ years when it should've been done away after a few.

What I feel happens on this forum more often than not is that people have made up their minds for/against a political party due to patronage (my forefathers used to vote for this party so will I) or media propaganda or higher education colleges/universities (my highly educated professor was dead...

I wonder if we should change the title of this thread to "Beginning of the end of the Congress party" now. :)

I don't think the World Bank or the IMF would agree with this statement. After you get away from the media hype and political party propaganda, many world economists and institutions agree that demonetization was very important and had to be done. Indian economy is still the fastest growing in...

Hi everyone, We are looking into the WIKI issues that appear to have cropped up recently. It may take a couple of days to fix. Please bear with us while we look into it. -Satyeshwar

Another thread already posted on this topic. Please go here: http://www.jatland.com/forums/showthread.php/38590 This thread is being closed.

Hey guys, Due to popular demand, we have installed a new chat system on Jatland. The link is at the top of the page next to Forum and Jat Matrimonials. This is hopefully going to remind people of the very popular flash based chat system that we used to have a long time back. Please try it out...

Unfortunately, the previous format (flash based) is not supported by the original authors. So it is not feasible for us to add it. Besides this one is light weight on system resources as compared to the older one. Let me know if you find one that you like though and we can consider it. -Bagh

Hi everyone, We recently made some changes to Jatland. 1) Matrimonials had to be upgraded/revamped. The old system was pretty much untenable so had to come up with a newer one which we also made more visible. However, that caused an uproar which we didn't anticipate. Things like this happen and...

Hi everyone, Matrimonials have been moved to another section at the top (next to forum). Frankly speaking, we didn't see a huge backlash like this coming from our members when we originally moved them in the forum section, but hopefully this new change is to everyone's liking. Matrimonial...

Arun Chuadhary's daughter Claudia Chaudhary threw a tantrum in front of President Obama recently. Cutest pic ever! (http://hollywoodlife.com/2015/05/23/toddler-throws-tantrum-president-obama-passover-dinner-pic-claudia-chaudhary/)

Hi everyone, This is a strict reminder to anyone who posts threads about downloading movies/songs/youtube content illegally from the internet. Not just will we delete such threads promptly, we will also ban the author's account. This is a very serious issue and I expect everyone to follow it...

Sometimes my wife calls me an animal... By that definition I can't even limit myself to a human being. I will have to define myself as a living being! :)

Please check again and let me know if you are still seeing it. -Bagh

Hi, It was working okay yesterday but apparently the same issues have cropped up once again. I will look at it immediately. -Bagh
