hi dear all, UGC finally exepted NET for those having M. Phil and PhD degree. In the recent statement Mr. Thorat, UGC chairman, give the reason that there is scaricity for lecturers in univ and colleges. what you thinks. is there really a scaricity, even against one post for lecturership there...
