I know most of you must have seen various ads n clips of PETA for stopping unethical treatment to animals..I am not sure how many folks here (especially Non-veg) give a damn to such things but I am hoping that by seeing the below mentioned video, atleast few of us will do something to stop such...

In 2009, lot of models were introduced with HD movie mode (720P)..go for that..its worth every penny and in most cases would replace the need of a handycam as the video quality is great..as per my experience, Canon and Sony are best in point-and-shoot cameras..currently am using Sony cybershot...

aapke kaano mein to jadu hai jo colors ki baat bhi sun lete hain :) Chalo kaha-suni band karte hain..and back to topic ;)

Brahm bhaisaab..bas ye aur bata do ki aap 'rainbow glimmering in the horizon' ko sunte kaise ho..hamein to rainbow kewal dikhai deta hai ..

Bhai Nishant and Pradeep - when I said 'would You teach her', it didn't mean literally as in you being a father teaching your daughter but rather would you let her have that knowledge through whatever means. I rest my case now..ek hi topic pe isase jyada discussion sehat ke liye haanikaark...

Pradeep bhai..bas ek baat ka jawab de do..Hypothetical question hai and don't take it as a personal question..couldn't find any other way to put it : Suppose you have a daughter..paal pos ke badi hui..9th class mein pahunchi..now would you teach her 'How to have safe sex', 'What are the...

Jit..I will be there..no worries..bas jara asla, bandook stock karna shuru kar do..we may need it!! As for the topic of discussion, even I am not too clear of the exact goals and process of team presentations as some others pointed out. Jitu bhai, please explain. If we take polythene issue as...

Apparently its true as per this press circular from Election Commission of India. Please read Page 18, Section 'Negative / neutral voting' : http://www.eci.gov.in/Press/current/PN_030804.pdf and Page 27 from one of the Indian Law Ministry document ...

Ok ..here are the ideal topics to be taught to school children from one of the 90% opposer of "Sex Education" Subject - Moral Science / Social Studies 1) The ills of having sex at young age as well as without marriage 2) Both moral and physical implications of involving in such acts even if...

I guess guys vouching for Sex education are missing a point here even though it has been clearly said by the so-called 90% opposers in earlier posts..No body is denying the importance of Sex education..the point of disagreement is that at what stage the detailed education is needed. The level of...

Thanks for the clarification Sanjeev..you are right..I misjudged the fine difference between u & yo, e & ye

Sanjeev - While I agree with your examples, I don't agree with your explanation completely. Vowels are a, e, i, o, u (pronounced as in 'you') So if we just take the premise that all words starting with vowel sounds on pronunciation should have 'an' before them, european should have 'an' before...

Feeling/Declaring Proud - Is it Negative or Positive..I see lot of discussions happened in this thread on this..here is my modest take/retake on it : Feeling proud is not at all negative..everybody feels proud of himself/herself when they achieve something they were vying for, whether its...

Thats not your achievement Jit..ye to bhagwan ki kripa hai :)

As far as I remember, our science books already have chapters on human reproductive systems where we did get knowledge about both genders. Not sure why & what else the proponents of Sex Education want to tell students of 9th & 12th..Do you want students to focus on their career paths and plans...

Very nice articles Jitender and Brahm. Very difficult subject but before I pour any thoughts does anyone know if Uniform Civil Code is implemented in any other country in the world irrespective of whether its a christian, muslim or hindu majority country? If it is, then what has been the...

Though lot of discussions have already happened on muslims here, just wanted to share my remaining thoughts.. Brahm - My point in this thread has only been to disapprove the talks of all muslims being bad, all muslims should be shunted out and that their religion is religion of terror only...

No Humans, No Murder, Rape, Wars, Killing of innocents, Pollution, blah..blah.. Brahm bhai, your quote was interesting..full points for that :) but its not practical and can't & won't happen unless a fight starts in heaven between Allah and Hindu gods or Christian gods. Isn't it an irony, that...

Abhimanyu, I didn't mean that how 613 billion has gone rather why..I guess most of us know now the basic problem of sub-prime mortgage and other things but its interesting to note that all the financial gurus in these topmost investment banks have let that happen over period of time..they must...
