Khod
Khod or Khor (खोड़)[1] i[2] gotra Jats are found in Madhya Pradesh, Haryana and Rajasthan. Khor clan is found in Afghanistan. [3] Khod (खोड़) is a Muhammadan clan found in Montgomery, Pakistan. [4] Khor (खोड़) Jat clan is found in Multan, Pakistan.[5]
History
H. W. Bellew[6] writes that Khor is the name of a Brahman tribe of northern India ; and that the word Khor is added to the names of many of the sections of the Hill Mahmand of Pandiali, etc.
H.A. Rose[7] writes that the Customary Law of Sialkot District (Voliune XIV) p, 3, gives the Khor in the list of Awan sub-clans.
