Naradhania (नराधानिया)[1] Naradhanian (नराधनियां) Nardhaniyan (नराधनियां) Nardhaniya (नरधानिया) Niradhana (निराधना) Niradhania (निराधनिया) is a Jat Gotra in Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh. It is a branch of Johiya.
Origin
Narayanji , according to the bard, was one of 12 sons of Raja Shiv Singh Johiya (959 AD) of Kot Malot (Malout) in Muktsar, Punjab. He is said to have given name to Niradhana Clan of Jats.[2]

Notable persons
- Sepoy Mahendra Naradhania (16.1.1984- 13.11.2012) is a martyr of Militancy in Jammu and Kashmir. He fell fighting against the militants on 13 November 2012 during Operation Rakshaka fighting with the terrorists. He was in 17 Jat Regiment of the Indian Army.
