Vardhakshemi
Vardhakshemi (वर्द्धक्षेमी) was King of of the Vrishni race mentioned in Mahabharata (I.177.8), (VII.22.28).

- Badhala (बधाला) gotra of Jats originated after an ancient king named Vardhakshemi (वर्द्धक्षेमी). [1]
History
In Mahabharata
Adi Parva, Mahabharata/Mahabharata Book I Chapter 177 mentions Kshatriyas came on Swayamvara of Draupadi. Vardhakshemi in included in verse (I.177.8). " Virata with his two sons Shankha and Uttara, Vardhakshemi, Suvarcha, Senabindu, Parthiva..." [2]
Drona Parva, Mahabharata/Book VII Chapter 22 describes Vardhakshemi in verse (VII.22.28) ...."Plump and well-decked steeds of the hue of the (dried) paddy stalk bore Vardhakshemi of great activity to that dreadful battle." [3]
