During an operation held by 65 Field Regiment C/O 99 APO against ULFA terrorists on 01.05.2008 at Hathigarh Camp (Assam) my nephew Hav. Sahab Singh passed away.

He was cremated on 04.05.2008 at our native village Garauli, Tehsil Deeg, District - Bharatpur (Rajasthan). The funeral was attended by Maharaja Vishwendra Singh, SDM (Deeg), ADM (Deeg), Stn HQ (CO) Soldier Board,Tahsildar and numerous political entities. People of nearabout villages gathered there and paid a tribute to the departed soul. In respect of him, whole market of Januther remain closed on 04.05.2008.

Maharaja Vishwendra Singh offered Rs. 2.5 Lac for making the statue of Hav. Sahab Singh from his own side.

Bhagwan Unkee aatma ko shanti day or unkey purey parivaar ko Garv key sath ees dukh ko sahan karney kee shakti dey.

Sharaddha or Samman sahit Naman.

I pay tribute to real hero of the nation, May his soul rest in heaven!

U have made us all proud.Spec to people belonging to the same place
like me... Bihari ji aapko shanti den.
