I have not heard this kind of statement before.
And a humble request bhai pls don't put any gender specific quotes.
According to best of my Knowledge girls can perform, even they r performing as good as boys r doing. And in many areas better than us.
There is no gender discrimination and the vacancy is open for both Males and Females.
