Lift the ban from Shweta!!

Respected Mods,

Ban to apko hatana hi padega!! jib taan maie thread saru karne se na datu jib taan aap log ban nai hatawo chahe sare hi band karte jaiyoo !!

aap chahe to meri is gustaki ke liye mere infraction diyo jawo lakin maie na ruku !!

Ban hatawo !!
 
bhai mere, gustaakhi pe life long aala ban le laag gya hai...kadhe infraction ke hi chakkar main rahejaa.:D...arr tajhe bhi "ban" aala halwa tastari main dhar ke milee.......................;)

waisse , i like ur spirit...eibbke tu katai karda hokke mandh rya hai...mandhya ro main bhi teri gail huin......itne shweta pai tai ban na hatte mere bhi kaalze main thand kona pade.....:rock...please lift the ban for the sake of my "kaalza":rock:rock
 
I guess while closing the previous thread " dear mods and worth members" by mistake Manishha ji have referred a wrong link because satyeshwar has convinced to reconsider it if shweta talks to moderator and roll back her request for making banned:):)

communication gap ki si problem lagi yaa to maine.. shyed clear instruction nai mil paye :)

haan yeh to hai.. ajkal sidha hi ajivan karvas ki saja suna de hai..

lakin kuch bi karo inko ban to hatana hi padega...

wesye Dear & Respected Mods agar apki igo sigo hurt hoti hai ban hatane maie to ek kaam karo maine ban kar do..maie dusri id bana lunga "Kumar Mukesh" something like that..mere koni farak pade :D Lakin Shweta par se ban hatawo...

hey parbhu apne gusse ko shant karte huwe Shweta par se ban hata kar hame kartighan kare..hum apke saidev abhari rehenge.. !!

bhai, kadhhe kadhak turat furat kaam nimtane haan bhi issa ho jaya kare.......:)...par chahe kuch bhi ho hamara sanghars jaari rahegaa..yeh chingari ab bhadk chuki hai....agar shweta ko waaps na liya to yeh chingari saare JL pe fail jaayegi..aur fir hogi kranti...................:rock

Hum sabi Jatland vasiyo se nivedan karte hai ki aap bi hamare is sangarsh maie apka bahumulye yogdan kare.. Kranti ki is jawala ko age tak le jane maie hamara sehyog kare..

Shyed aap log is lafde maie nai padna chahte honge lakin hum apko yaad dilana chahte hai ki aisa bhavishye maie apke sath bi ho sakta hai.. isliye hum sabi jatland vasiyo se nivedan hai ki ban ki parvah na karte huwe hamara sehyog kare..

apke sehyog ke liye hum koti koit dhynewaad denge!!

Chingari ko jawala bante hue der nahi lagti....1857 ki kranti meerut ki "khooni dharti" se shuru hui thi...par yeh 2i wi sadi ki kranti JL se shuru hogi....betahasa ban langenge...fir bhi krantikaari apna sangharsh jaari rakhenge aur shweta ka ban hatwa ke hi rahenge.....

Seems like a mockery of the system as well as egos running big time to me ! :)

Please everyone take some time to give it a thought and conclude something constructive! :)


@ Manisha : Ma'm , I would have appreciated if you would not have used the roll eyes (sarcastic) emotion icon in your reply on the previous thread! :) And instead of closing the thread , tried and put some ice on it! :)

I didn't even understand what was meant by this:
"Stop one on one conversations !!! Already clearified from moderators side so no need for further discussions"

It smacks of dictatorial tendencies. I see one on one conversations in almost all threads. By that logic all threads should be closed. Also, it seems to suggest that if a moderator has spoken on some subject, then all further discussions on that subject must stop. I mean, come on, people can still discuss the decision, right? Itni to bhai humne apne maan baabu ki bhi na suni bachpan main ki unhonain faisla suna diya aur hum fir chup ho gaye. If these are the rules of discussion here, then they are very silly rules. And if these are not the rules and then instead of participating in the debate and responding to members' concerns, you arbitrarily close a discussion down (just because you can), then it only shows insecurity and an authoritarian streak.

bhai anil, It seems admins have taken this issue on their ego and they have been adamant not to lift the ban.... but admins should take the request of so many memebers in consideration........

Mate , the point is that they commit themselves of not being forced to particiapte but then they can't stand it for too long and then commit themselves against their previous commitments and most of the times the reason they come out with is absurd , just because they simply should not have done it! :)
Its all pshchological :D
It seems as if it is getting into habit that once you are the moderator either you have to close the discussion in one post or you dont participate at all. This is really unfortunate because of course there are some great people and some great thoughts there , and we are being prevented from hearing some good logic and words ! :)

Mods mujhe bera na kyu aehsas ho reha hai ki aap log meri waat lagan ale hoo :D khair mere sath to aap jo bi karo kar sakte hoo lakin Shweta par se ban hatawo!! Umeed hai aap itne sare members ki feelings ki kuch madi si kadar to karenge..

Ar jabb key farak pade sai , ek aur taale ke liye production karni padegi , production ke liye investment and spending :eek: , bole to ecnomy ko help milegi Leel -1 , aacha sai yo tai !

ar a lready bana aud taala hoga tai woh bhi jarr laagan tai bach jaaga ! :D
 
mod should lift the ban on shweta.and atleast not allow ppl to vent out their grudges against her or use her name to vent out out their personal grudges.shweta is a very creative and intelligent member of jl.
guys please do not say anything which will hurt her knowing the fact she can not even express her views here.
