The problem with 3rd option is that it doesn't specifies about gotra ..... and i am not in favor of same gotra .... so among all the available options (so far ) first one is favorable for me.

i m very much against such marriages, infact these kinds of acts are spoiling our culture and are threat to our society (hindu society,jat society)...we need to incorporate moral values in our next generations and our younger brothers and sisters..this is not at all tolerable to marry in the same village (or even guhand)..!!!!
but Madam Hooda please dont blame any other religions for there customs and traditions..India is a diverse country and infact we say "UNITY IN DIVERSITY"......saying this that i hate muslims or any other religion for so and so reasons is definately a threat to India's Unity....u may say that i dont like so and so traditions or customs...or any thing ..
A feeling of hatred for a specific community may give rise to Anti India movements (which we have faced earlier in Punjab, Assam)which indeed a couple of nations will support or infact they want these things to happen so that they fulfill there own ill wills....India is seen as a super power after a couple of decades..but only if all the Indians are First Indians and than may be hindu,muslim,sikh christian,buddhist,jain,parsi..etc..

This runaway couple is with me now. They read my post on Jatland and instantly knew that I was sympathetic to their cause.
I am enrolling that boy and the girl to my gym today in the evening. I will also provide for their weapons training - Chhora keh ryha that Rambo jaisa banna chahta hai ... er keh rhya that ke isse death warrant pe kutte mutte sein.
The girl cooks really good gulgulas and raabdi. We will have a feast tonite. Gulgule, raabdi and Royal Challenge.
They will stay with me till Raksha bandhan. On that day she will tie a rakhi on my wrist and her husbands wrist. The next day they will descend on the village with 50 Cal automatic weaponery and blow the crap out of that sarpanch. I also found some bicurious ex-con black guys locally who were sympathetic to their cause, they will also join the couple in exacting revenge in the ways I suggested earlier. Now all the members who are opposing the couple - you better stop or the couple will put your name on their naughty list.

I didn't like the way the options are framed. I am not in favor of marriage in the same village, that is I won't do it myself for personal reasons. But doesn't mean I am going to go out against it and oppose someone tooth and nail. Honor killing is too general a term. There can be circumstances when a victim might be justified in avenging a gross personal honor violation (I know cases where even the law has given a much smaller than usual punishment when someone avenged his brother's murder). This is definitely not one of those circumstances. And in such cases, I oppose honor killings irrespective.
