A Small Story…
A boy and a girl were playing together. The boy had a collection of marbles. The girl had some sweets with her. The boy told the girl that he will give her all his marbles in exchange for her sweets. The girl agreed.
The boy kept the biggest and the most beautiful marble aside and gave the rest to the girl. The girl gave him all her sweets as she had promised.
That night, the girl slept peacefully. But the boy couldn't sleep as he kept wondering if the girl had hidden some sweets from him the way he had hidden his best marble.
Moral of the story: If you don't give your hundred percent in a relationship, you'll always keep doubting if the other person has given his/her hundred percent.. This is applicable for any relationship like love, friendship, employer-employee relationship etc., Give your hundred percent to everything you do and sleep peacefully

A good story.....

Bhai story to badhiya hai. Par meri yeh baat samajh nahin aayi ki why would somone exchange sweets in return for marbles, and that too a girl? Was she senti on the boy or was she a blonde?

What would you say if the girl had kept the best sweet and boy had given all the marbles? Girl sleeps well and the boy would also have a good sleep?

She keeping one or 10 sweets is immaterial. Why was she giving any sweet to the boy and taking marbles from him? A guy can love sweets. But I have never seen a girl playing kanche. We need to dig deeper to understand the girl's actions...:D

Also, I think the boy was smart. He now has all the sweets, and he also has one marble. He kept this one marble as he knows that the girl knows nothing about playing kanche. He will win all the marbles back with his one marble.

So the purpose of Dabas is defeated, the new mantra should be:
"If anybody gives you 100% give him 95% of yours and then try to get back that 100% you had already given":D:D
Hey, seems to be a good idea...... should apply for patenting it:p

Ha!! Too many assumptions, like a girl cannot play kanche, boy is smart........

:DHidden Moral of the Story: Guys, try and stay away from the women-folk, cause either you would lose your sleep forever, .... or (more likely) end up sadly losing 'your marbles' completely!!! ;)

J/K... Loved the story! (and of course the real valuable moral too!)

Yes, it is a dog eat dog world...:)

Haha.....Anjoo...I have embedded all my marbles except one(that lucky one) in my house' floor a few years back. So can't loose them!

However my theory is different here, Never idealize others, they will never live upto your expectations.Don't over analyse your relationship.Stop playing games.A growing relationship can only be nurtured by genuineness.

Rightly said by Akshay and Anjoo, There should be no playing games in a relationship, it is the name of giving and not demanding back........ If you love somebody, let him/her free..... if (s)he come backs to you, (s)he loves you, otherwise (s)he was never yours......

Not assumptions, but inferences. Why don't you prove them wrong by defeating our main man, Akshay in Kanche...:)

10 euros on Anju loosing all the marbles :D

On a more serious note ( though not sure if the time paas forum is a good place for that ) , waht exactly do we mean by 100 % ?

Gals , can you come forward and be true to yourself and then lay down what do you think is a true 100 % ?

Anil,
Kindly note the inserts in Bold and CAPS..
10 euros on Anju loosing all the marbles :D YEAH!! YOU WOULD DEFINITELY LIKE ME LOOSING!!

On a more serious note ( though not sure if the time paas forum is a good place for that ) , waht exactly do we mean by 100 % ? 100% OPTION 1: A WOMAN LOOSING ALL HER MARBLES TO MAKE HER MAN HAPPY.
100% OPTION 2: A WOMAN WHO IS CONFIDENT OF BEING 100% TRUE TO SELF AND A MAN WHO IS 100% TRUE TO SELF, AND THEY ARE HAPPY BEING TOGETHER (UTOPIA!!!!)

Gals , can you come forward and be true to yourself and then lay down what do you think is a true 100 % ?

No i am actually neutral about your win or loss , but I am betting money on you losing the marble game implies that I am hopeful / wishful ( sorry no action related words i can put in ) that you will lose :p

True to self ( both the man and the woman ) , thats not difficult !

Happy together ? Tricky ! Very much!

You want to add more color to your BOLD and CAPS reply of last time ?
