राजधानी हरियाणा. हरियाणा कांग्रेस की दो देवियों के नाम से दिल्ली से लेकर हरियाणा तक के राजनीतिक गलियारों में मशहूर केन्द्रीय मंत्री कुमारी शैलजा व हरियाणा सरकार में कार्यवाहक मंत्री किरण चौधरी इन दिनों आक्रामक होने लगी हैं। नवयात्रा स्थापना 19 सितंबर तक ये राजनीतिक देवियां पूरा प्रचंड रूप दिखाने को तैयार हैं। कारण है लोकसभा चुनाव में खिलाफत करने वाले मौजूदा विधायकों से बदला। स्थिति यह हो गई है कि इन्होंने 18 सीटों पर अपने-अपने प्रत्याशियों पर हाथ रख दिया है। अगर टिकट नहीं भी मिली तो इन क्षेत्रों मंे बगावत सिर चढ़ कर बोलेगी।
अंबाला व भिवानी में इसका असर साफ दिखाई देने लगा है। भिवानी में किरण चौधरी ने अपने समर्थकों का प्रचार भी शुरू कर दिया है। निवृत्तमान मुख्य संसदीय सचिव धर्मबीर के हलके बाढ़डा से उन्होंने जगदीप धोकी को अपना प्रत्याशी बताते हुए कई सभाएं की हैं जबकि लोहारू से अपने ननदोई सोमवीर की खिलाफत में जेपी दलाल को समर्थन देकर सभाएं की हैं। ये बड़े नेता लोकसभा चुनाव में किरण चौधरी की बेटी सांसद श्रुति चौधरी से कटे-कटे रहे। इनके अलावा अपने जेठ रणबीर महेन्द्रा का दादरी से टिकट रोकने के लिए वे जुट गई हैं।
महेन्द्रा मुढ़ाल हलका खत्म होने के बाद दादरी से टिकट मांग रहे हैं। बदले की आग में झुलस रही किरण चौधरी खुद के हलके तोशाम से ज्यादा अन्य की व्यवस्था में लगी हुई हैं। बंसीलाल की चौधर वापस लाने का नारा बुलंद किया जा रहा है। कुछ ऐसे ही हालात अंबाला में नजर आ रहे हैं। यहां भी व्यवस्था की पूरी तैयारी है। टारगेट पर निवर्तमान संसदीय सचिव रामकिशन, कृष्णा पंडित, प्रदेशाध्यक्ष फूलचंद मुलाना, पूर्व मंत्री विनोद शर्मा हैं। बताया जा रहा है कि शैलजा इन क्षेत्रों में अपने खेमे के नेताओं को दिलाना चाहतीं है।
वे भी पूरे नौ हलकों की सूची लेकर तैयार हैं। पिछले दिनों उन्होंने भी अपनी इच्छा जाहिर कर दी थी कि अगर आलाकमान ने सेवा का मौका दिया तो वे हरियाणा जाने को तैयार हैं यानी सीएम बनने की इच्छा है। यहां यह भी गौरतलब है कि सोमवार को भिवानी व अंबाला क्षेत्र में गए कांग्रेस पर्यवेक्षकांे को भाग-भाग कर जान बचानी पड़ी। इन क्षेत्रों में खासा संघर्ष होने वाला है, इसका मुख्य कारण रहेंगी ये दोनों देवियां क्योंकि इन संसदीय क्षेत्रों के 18 हलको में ये अपना अलग स्थान रखती हैं।
भविष्य की चिंता
अगला लोकसभा चुनाव 11वीं विधानसभा के चार वर्ष पूरे होने पर होना है। ऐसे में जो अब विधायक निर्वाचित हो जाएगा, वह लोकसभा चुनाव में कांग्रेस प्रत्याशी के काम आएगा। ऐसे में ये दोनों अभी से अपनी जमीन तैयार कर ही हैं, जिससे उनके खेमे के ज्यादा से ज्यादा विधायक बन जाएं एवं विरोध करने वाले परास्त हो जाएं।
दोनों नेत्रियों में समानता
कुमारी शैलजा व किरण चौधरी दिल्ली में राजनीतिक पैठ के बल पर हरियाणा में डंका बजा रही हैं। दोनों को राजनीति विरासत में मिली है। शैलजा के पिता केन्द्र में मंत्री रहे जबकि किरण चौधरी अपने ससुर बंसीलाल व पति सुरेन्द्र सिंह की राजनीतिक विरासत को सहेज रहीं हैं। दोनों की इच्छा मुख्यमंत्री बनने की है। दोनों पर्यटन मंत्री हैं। एक केन्द्र में तो दूसरी राज्य में। दोनों स्वभाव से तुनकमिजाज हैं। दोनों ही भूपेन्द्र सिंह हुड्डा की धुर विरोधी हैं लेकिन बीरेन्द्र सिंह का समर्थन करतीं हैं। दोनों के क्षेत्रों में दो-दो निवृत्तमान संसदीय सचिव फंसे हुए हैं। लोकसभा चुनाव में दोनों ने कांग्रेसी विधायकों का विरोध झेला और अब विधानसभा चुनाव में दोनों तरकस के तीर लेकर तैयार हैं।

INLD alleges grave irregularities in HCS preliminary examination

CHANDIGARH: Releasing a list of 21 failed candidates appearing in the mains examination of Haryana Civil Services (HCS), Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) has alleged large-scale corruption, underhand dealings & favouritism in government appointments. The main opposition party, INLD has demanded cancellation of HCS Mains examination to be held on August 22 and high level enquiry into this shameful job scam.
In a startling exposé, INLD Secretary General and Rajya Sabha MP, Ajay Singh Chautala circulated a list of 21 candidates, who had failed to clear the preliminary exam but got clearance from the Haryana Public Service Commission (HPSC) to sit in the main exam scheduled for August 22. He was addressing a press conference at Chandigarh on Wednesday. INLD leader Dr K.C.Bangar, Dr M.S. Malik and B.D.Dhallia were also present on the occasion. He said that the so called preliminary written tests for HCS candidate selection has been reduced to be a farce and just an eye wash to select the favoured candidates.
This is a shameful incident into the political history of the state and the government has been fully exposed by issuing Roll Numbers for the Mains Examinations to the failed but well connected candidates, Mr Chautala said. Government has now made it clear that it is shamelessly pursuing its agenda of appointing its favourite candidates on government jobs, disregarding the merit and fair selections. The job selection process has been hijacked to mint money and select the favoured candidates, he alleged.
Many candidates belonging to the members of Haryana Public Service Commission (HPSC) and close associates of chief minister family were also declared passed for the main examinations. Chief minister Mr Hooda is acting like a despot rather than behaving like a elected public representative and all the democratic and ethical norms have been discarded to suit the petty selfish interests, he alleged.
INLD MP disclosed that Chetan Parkash Sharma (Roll No. 19997), Manish Sharma (Roll No. 20001), the two sons of HPSC member Prem Parkash Sharma have been declared pass in the much coveted HCS preliminary examinations. The two other sons of Rajiv Sharma Vishal Parashar (Roll No. 25902) & Vikas Parashar (Roll No. 24126), a close relative of HPSC member Prem Parkash Sharma, were also declared pass.
Another HPSC member Mr R.D. Sheokand’s daughter Anu (Roll No. 19606) and daughter in law of another HPSC member M.P. Bidlan, Ms Seema were also declared pass in the preliminary exams. Similarly three sons and daughters of Dayanand Solanki, a close confident of chief minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda and CM House caretaker have also passed the HCS preliminary exams. Their names are Poonam Solanki (Roll No. 17678), Rajeev Solanki (Roll No. 15885) and Sandeep Solanki (Roll No. 10449). Close relative of Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) chairperson Nand Lal Punia, Sandeep Punia (Roll No. 30458) and HSSC Secretary, P.D. Verma’s daughter Shaifali Verma (Roll No. 36917) have also ‘passed’ the preliminary examination.
Senior INLD leader said that this whole expose has exposed the fraud being out to unemployed youth of the state under the guise of job selections. He said that Congress government should have some respect for the moral ethics and constitutional decency. All the established norms have been put aside in the job selection as the Congress Government is deceiving the unemployed youth of Haryana, he charged. He accused it of doing worst ever appointment scam in all the government job recruitment in last four & half years of Congress 'misrule'. Youth of Haryana would not pardon the present government for this Vidhan Sabha election, he added. He demanded probe by a sitting judge of the High Court into all the job selection irregularities.
Chautala said that the HCS preliminary test was ‘conducted’ on April 26 and the ‘result’ was declared on May 3. It was said that general candidates with 119 marks, SC candidates with 92 marks and Ex-servicemen candidates with 85 marks were declared pass while the candidates below these marks ‘failed’ in the preliminary examinations for HCS. Now many such candidates who failed in that preliminary examination have been issued Roll Numbers for the HCS Mains Examination to be conducted on August 22.
SC candidates Balwan Singh (Roll No. 26532) with 82 marks, Hoshiar Singh (Roll No. 13290) with 78 marks, New Delhi’s Mahender Singh (Roll No.16511) with 79 marks, Rohtak’s Raj Kapoor(Roll No. 36279) with 90 marks were declared fail but now they have been issued Roll Numbers for the HCS Mains examination, which is clear mockery of the whole select.ion process, Mr Chautala said. Similarly Rohtak Parliamentary segment resident Yashpal Dalal (Roll No. 16740), in exserviceman category failed in the preliminary examination has been issued Roll Number.
Delhi residents Bharti (Roll No. 26266) with 91 marks, Mayank Shukla (Roll No. 24495) with 98 marks, Nitin Gupta (Roll No. 20731) with 95 marks, Rahul Bansal (Roll No.26306) with 109 marks, Vivek Gupta (Roll No. 32503) with 110 marks, Aditi Gupta(Roll No. 40314) with 109 marks, Merrut resident Rudra Pratap Singh Chauhan(Roll No. 24683) with 91 marks, Rohtak resident Ashok Kumar(Roll No. 26221) with 101 marks, Rohtak Parliamentary segment resident Sudarshan (Roll No. 24190) with 98 marks, Kirandeep Singh(Roll No. 23373) with 112 marks, Vandna Khurana(Roll No. 21885) with 85 marks, Paurav Jaani (Roll No. 21409) with 101 marks, Pradeep Bamal(Roll No. 24506) with 117 marks, Rohit Kohad(Roll No. 26277) with 112 marks, Amar Singh(Roll No. 21787) with 99 marks, Arun Awasthi(Roll No. 21883) with 110 marks were all declared failed in the preliminary examination but surprisingly have been issued Roll Numbers defying all the moral decency, Mr Chautala said while releasing the list.

आनंद सिंह दांगी जी की कार्यशैली में कुछ खामियां हो सकती है, पर उनके प्रतिदुंदी कहाँ दूध के दोए हैं ? बाली पहलवान के एक सशक्त उमीद्वार होने की क्या प्रमाणिकता है , सिवाय इसके की वो मोखरा गाँव से हैं ! उन्हें पहली बार टिकिट मिलने के पीछे भी यही तर्क था की, मोखरा में ११-१२ हजार वोट हैं, जो किसी भी चुनाव परिणाम को प्रभावित कर सकते हैं!
डॉ कदियान साहेब के बारे में भी विरोधी बिना ठोस आधार और तथ्यों के हवा में तीर चला रहे प्रतीत होते हैं ! मुझे उन्हें मिलने का सोभाग्य मिला है, और वह मुझे बहुत ही भले इंसान लगते हैं! मुझे पूर्ण विश्वास है की वे भी इस चुनाव में जरूर जीत हांसिल करेनेगे !

Congress too has given due recognition to community under the leadership of CM Hoodaji and we all know the love and sincerity to the community by the INLD leadership. There are always some elements active to weaken the hold of Jats on Power structure in Jatlands and they are to be identified and defeated. BSP and HJC may try to galvanised anti community votes. Jats in haryana are to be vigilant and vote tactically to defeat such designs . Parties donot matters what is important is that share of community in power should increase.

Chandigarh, Sep 20 (IANS) The Congress has warned those eyeing a party ticket for next month’s Haryana assembly elections not to use photographs of party president Sonia Gandhi and Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda to promote their candidature.
‘The Haryana Congress has taken a serious note of the manner in which the photographs of AICC president Sonia Gandhi and Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda are being used by some persons on their hoardings, posters and pamphlets to pose themselves as prospective candidates of the Congress party and to gain political mileage in view of the general elections to the assembly,’ party spokesman Surender Singh Hooda said here Sunday.
‘Some independent candidates are also misusing the name of the chief minister for furthering their prospects in the election,’ he added.
In a statement issued here, Haryana Congress president Phool Chand Mullana said that it was the prerogative of the candidates nominated by the Congress party alone to use photographs of Sonia Gandhi and Hooda.
Mullana cautioned that those found violating these directions for their vested interests would invite stern action.
Haryana goes to polls Oct 13 to elect its 90-member assembly and the results will be declared Oct 22.
The Congress is yet to announce its list of candidates. The last date for filing nominations is Sep 25.

bhai saheb very well said, aap to syanne aadmi ho , jaanno so saari baatan ne.... if u compare A.S.Dangi and Bali ji pahalwan, it would be disgrace to Dangi ji...din-raat ka farak hei. Baliji ko abcd nahin aati rajniti ki and dangi saheb is well furnished Rajneta. Aur jo kaam Dangiji ne apne halke mein kiye hein ager Baliji 7 janam lele tab bhi nahin ker sakta. But due to some mistakes commited by Dangiji, public anger is obevious and it happened with every leader... instead of being my Uncle, personally I am also not fully satisfied and happy with his work since last election( no personal grudge frankly).

As SECTORS in Rohtak used to be far from city , no baniya..punjabi usually buyed plots in them...inner fear.
So maximum plots were of LOCALS.
What he did is he passed an order that all plots have to be build within stipulated time frame of a year or so..
( If he wanted , he can grant for another 5 year term for construction..as done by previous govtss)
Now no LOCAL have re-bought them as prices were in range of 18-20 LAKHS for say 100 gaj. ( Sq yards)
( They thought itne main to killa na aa ja se )
ALL re-saled plots ( as of compulsion by owners ) were fetched by REFUGEES.
SO GOVT INSTRUMENTED gain to these REFUGEES.
NOW SAME : plots plus 25 % constructed are sold @ 30 plus lakhs...& if reality sector has had boom..then may be 40lakhs..
