Justice is a far cry in this country.A girl gets raped and has to under go tremendous pain individually and the misery gets compounded by the law enforcing agencies and judiciary comes out with the judgement at the time when the victim either dies or suffers in silence for many years terribally.Things are horrible.

How many more young girls and even young boys like this abused girl ruchika are there in India? The ones who have not come out openly about their abuse at the hands of elders. Elders in powerful positions? how many could have been or are being abused by their relatives or family friends or acquaintances or strangers? How many have kept quiet while their "respectable" abusers, the wolves in sheep clothing continue to act as "respectable" members of the civilized society?
How many of these unknown victims could be out there?
 
what's you people thinks whether this SPS will get more punishment or not? Certainly not.whether bail will be granted to him or not?why again investigation has been handed over to CBI? what is % of CBI case solved? what is prosecution rate of CBI?
There are no of such kind of question but after all i think this SPS will not get any more punishment becasue on paper he is having a very strong case, he may be able to get bail even yesterday only but it's became Media Trail not court trial that's why his order was researved and may be dismissed today just only becasue of media.Because all these facts have already been adjugde by the High Court the time of quashing FIR u/s 306 IPC. Double jeopardy, delay in registeration of present FIR. all this will slightly goes in favour of SPS.

A Girl is said to be molested...but how proofs were found in such cases ?

Everyone is believing that yes that guy did it...but i can't find how proofs of said molestation were found ?

How court reached to the conclusion that yes , that police guy had done that ..as alleged by a girl ?

Sole testimony of the girl is sufficient for the prosecution of such kind of offence, corroborated by other facts like at the time of incident the person alleged was present site , time date etc etc.

And for all ur information this Rathore got interim bail from Hon'ble Punjab and Haryana High Court in both FIR's recently registered against him. so what all have to say about this.

Ladkiya kitni chalu ho ri se..one shouldn't keep it away from mind.
 
Mostly Thakurs are voluptuous people, fond of wine and women. Yeah girls are not innocent enough and mostly of them have number of affairs, but those affairs are wishfully. Because of such affairs Rathore like oldy can't have any right to have a date with such girls, who is like his grand daughter.

If it was so then what was the problem? 'Bada officer' was also ready and the girl as you said 'ghirkai hogi' also ready then what was the reason that the 'chalu' girl had to commit suicide and her brother had to bind himself within the premises of his household for a number of years. What was the reason that her brother was toutured again and again and charged with false accuses? Who lose their near ones they know the pain. Only the shoe wearer knows where it pinches.

The girl has to commit suicide...becoz...her family members don't know where to put lakshman rekha!

First of all...any attempt by police guy, if at all , must be incited from girl's side too!
So both are at fault!

If that family really want justice...then they must have burnt her alive themselves...and then ask justice for second defaulter..i.e. police guy.
& if such a thing is extreme...then for good of all....shut things then & there.

'They have paid the price of having an unnecessary feeling....that as we are from refugee section.. so our rights are subjugated by all...we will voice it out '

What do you think, how courts should establish the crime in such cases? Pher to koi kisi ne bhi molest kar dega, kyun ki uska koi nishaan ya evidence to pavega nahi. ar koi obviously public mei bhi nahi karega aisa kaam. Maje hi maje. khoob maje loot lo. Ar pher koi tere so called refugee ki chori ho to, pher to problem hi kuch nee.... usne to khoob mol*st karo,,, khub maje lo, ya nahi??? Mujhe to bilkul lagta hain ki....ladki ne bhi kuch na kuch kiya hi hoga....which attracted police guy towards her...if the allegation is true.

aur agar kuch kiya hai to fault ladki ka bhi hai.
