According to Indian Penal Code this bastardl should get only 6 months and that only after 19 years during which he enjoyed his life on earth and that poor girl committed sucide? And all Chief Ministers:
1. hukum singh
2. bhajan lal
3 bansi lal
4 chautala
gave him promotions and awards, shielding him?
This poor girl was kicked out of school when she was 13/14? so that this bastard's daughter attending the same school with the victim shouldn't feel embarassed!!

So this is how justice is done in Indian courts.

Vijay, Avery Happy new year, I fully agree with you, I also feel there is a serious & urgent requirement of judicial & police reforms. Also, there is no harm in learning from other nations. But brother, such incidents take place every where & good/bad people are available in all countries, thus, should all countries stop aspring to become super power. To stop/reduce such happenings, there is requirement of educating people & building public openion against such acts. we have to take care of personalty traits through Sanskara & morale education. It happens Vijay.. Hungry masses can't think about social causes. Majority of our population is insensitive to these kind of issues. So many gals/boys are sexually abused everyday and many times by close relatives.

There are so many boys and girls abused in this nation, these boys and girls of yester years became adults, they have their own deamons to deal with, they don't want to face their deamons hence they are just hiding behind facade of desensitized persona.
Rape, Molestation, Violence should never be condoned against anyone. But it is part of human nature, always has been, always will be, we should strive to mitigate the urge of violence. As far as rapists like Rathore, Governor of AP, MP from Goa, DIG of Rajasthan and their ilks are concerned, I am in favor of delivering Islamic Justice to them.

Some member called this poor girl as 'Refugee progeny'. I disagree, she was born in this nation, in the Great State of Haryana, She is Indian by soul, birth and pedigree. It is the repsonsibility of this nation, the state to exact revenge on her abuser who intentionally albeit indirectly ended her young promising life. In tragedy there is an opportunity, we can use her demise to craft laws, develop educational curriculum to teach young children to watch and report any inappropriate behaviour from adults.
