All the members and Jats all over the Country should be proud of the fact that The Commonwealth Games Baton was brought into the Jawahar Lal Stadium by Sh. Vijender Singh, the world class boxer and Sh. Sushil Kumar our Wrestling Champion handed it over.
I am proud that out of 4 Indian players handling the Baton the First and Last were our brother jats. Let us hope that maximum medals are won by Jats in these Games, Pl give your good wishes.

True. We would have been deprived of this "suwad" had the reservation committee not canceled their 'CWG Disruption Campaign'. It was a wise decision on their part for which they deserve a big applause.

One more name in list is yogeswar dutt in wrestling gold medalist.

This guy is from bhaiswal kalan village next to my village . Real hero of this wrestling and personally i have seen him from the age of 4-5 years and still i remember no body in same age group try his luck.

His late father was teacher mr ramehar and i was his student in village lath school.

Indian wrestlers' strength will be really tested in upcoming Asian Games (12-27 November, Guangzhou, China), where Japani, Korean, Iranian and Kazakh wresltlers will be in competition. So far 8 gold medals have been won by Indian wresters in Asian Games' 60 years history. They are as under :
1962 : Malwa (fly weight), Maruti Mane (light fly weight), Ganpat Andalkar (heavy weight)
1970 : Chandgi Ram (heavy weight)
1978 : Kartar Singh (heavy weight), Rajinder Singh (n.a.)
1982 : Satpal Singh (heavy weight)
1986 : Kartar Singh (heavy weight)

So, no gold since last 24 years...hmmm.....

"Haryana India's Gold Mine in CWG 2010'

Haryana India's Gold Mine in CWG 2010' : So far 44% of the gold medals won by players from Haryana........and out of that more than 90% are won by Jat Boys and Girls!.....! Lets Cheer them !

one more..........anuj kumar (panwar) 84kg silver medalist is from village badheri (M. nagar)
