A Muslim Family Converted into Hindu Jat

लाखनमाजरा - वर्षो से लाखनमाजरा में रह रहे एक मुस्लिम परिवार ने मंदिर में हवन-यज्ञ किया और हिंदू धर्म ग्रहण कर लिया. ग्रामीणों ने परिवार को जाट समुदाय का राठी गोत्र दिया है. गांव के निवासी राजबीर सिंह का परिवार वर्षो से गांव में रह रहा है.

उसका कहना है कि उसके दादा गफूर ने उन्हें बताया था कि पहले वे भी हिंदू धर्म मानते थे, परन्तु औरंगजेब के अत्याचारों से दुखी होकर उनके पूर्वजों ने मुस्लिम धर्म ग्रहण किया था. इसके पश्चात कई बार मन में टीस उठी कि पुनः हिंदू धर्म ग्रहण कर लें.

यहां तक कि उसने अपने बच्चों का विवाह भी हिंदू समुदाय में किये हैं, परन्तु विधिवत रूप से हिंदू धर्म ग्रहण नहीं किया था. उसके बच्चों के विवाह में गंगोली के जाटों ने भात (मायरा) भरा था. उसने ग्रामीणों को कई बार हिंदू धर्म अपनाने के लिए अपने मन की बात रखी.

ग्रामीणों ने भी उसकी भावनाओं को समझा. इसके लिए श्रीराम मंदिर में उसको पगड़ी बांधकर हिन्दू धर्म में सम्मिलित कर लिया. मंदिर के पुजारी भान शर्मा ने वैदिक रीति रिवाज के साथ पूरे परिवार को हिंदू धर्म ग्रहण करवाया.

इस अवसर पर गांव निवासी पंडित राजेंद्र, सत्यवान, बल्लू शर्मा, बलवान नंबरदार, रामफल, सुरेश कुमार, दयानंद, बारू, बसाऊ राम, बाजेराज सहित दर्जनों ग्रामीण भी उपस्थित थे. पुजारी भान शर्मा ने कहा कि राजबीर सिंह के परिवार को ग्रामीणों की सहमति से जाट समुदाय का राठी गोत्र दिया गया है.

Jo bihari Jatt sardaro ka goth rakh ke sardar ban gaye abhi bhi unhe kafi log bihari hi mante hai. A little difference in this case seems to be these guys were mule jat but still a jat.

This work of some people of Jaat Community of Lakhan Majra violets the rules our "Concept of Gotra & Caste" System". This type of work create many problem like:-


1.What is the caste of this family before conversion?

2.What is Gotra of their Mother & Grand Mother as necessary for comparison during the marriage of children?

3.Can a jaat family will make matrimoniol relations with this family.

4.Is this family changed their religion & caste in Govt. records which makes this family unable to take the
benefit of minority class?

5.Who can give the guarantee that this family follow the customs of Hindu Religion & Jaat Community?

Their are many other probles which will come in front of the community in future because of this type of work and ruined the base of our community.

I want to tell all of you that in Village- Bhambewa, Distt.-Jind some families of muslim religion resides which accepted the Hindu religion and community village gave them a respectful place in their community but after some time these families in Luss Greed of Minority Class benefits converted their religion again and started put the blaims on the Hindu religion & our jaat community. According to these families they accepted the the Hindu religion in pressure.

I told this to fact all of you because you people can understand what are the consequences of this type work. So never support this type of work.

2.What is Gotra of their Mother & Grand Mother as necessary for comparison during the marriage of children? ---> I SEE NO ISSUES HERE, FOR THE CURRENT GENERATION AND NEXT, THEY NEED TO RESPECT GOTRA OF THE VILLAGE (RATHEE) AND OF COURSE AFTER 3RD GENERATION, THEY WILL HAVE 3 GOTRAs TO AVOID like any other Jat

4.Is this family changed their religion & caste in Govt. records which makes this family unable to take the

Gotra is not awarded. It remains same. I think before conversion to Maslim probably they were Rathi. This may need confirmation. All Kayamkhanis were earlier Hindu Chauhans. They can come back to Hinduism.

Such negative, rigid, uneducated, nerrow, brahamanical and visionless attitude, thoughts and expressions have ruined hindus and hindustan since ages, Also, jats never believed in such small things. When Akbar wanted to become hindu, the stupid, uneducated, narrow minded, visionless Birbal demaged the hindus and our country by denying the conversion, agin after independance many mula jats wanted to come back to their origional religion but so called pandits and contractors of hindu religion stood against. I feel, even if some body personally doesnot like such conversion still in the interest of hinduism/jats/huminity, he/she must keep his views to him/herself

As we know that jats have different way of life, different thinking about life and religion, but neither our difference got further improved/strengthened nor could become world public knowledge or couldnot get wolrd recognition also we couldnot contribute towards world peace, brotherhood, love for being, natural justice, truth, tolrence, equality etc, being small part of big name the Hinduism. I have nothing against hinduism but if we make our religion a Jat religion, I am sure we will be able to contribute a lot for the benifit of the world community, our community will have ever lasting name in the world and in india we will get benifit of minority. Also we will be able to do some researech and improve our religious practices/way of life. Brothers the above is only suggestion for a deep thougth/consideration please.
