Guys, do you want to have look at quality of Moderation. My same post was deleted then undeleted and then deleted again within a span of 2hrs.

Kis maha gyani Insaan ne ye Thread Jatland pe post ki thi "Why Female Want To Attract Male ?
Or maine unke is lajwab Post pe likkha tha .........Is question ka answer to aapne ghar se mil sakta hai. Sabke Ghar main maa-bhen hogi unse hi pucch lo. Dusro ki Bhen-beti se puchane ki kya jarurt hai.

Batao ismain galat kya tha ....
 
But I was really Happy when the Admin removed these kind of all thread from the site.

irrelevant comment frm thread joke of d day as i askd them to do so.

dat be transparent n aware

No No No.. i got them deleted.... :-)
that guy made an uncalled personal remark, provoking you.....u made a huuuge anger outburst... to prevent further retaliation from his side, if he had read those posts, and to prevent things go beyond control..it was necessary to diffuse the bomb :-)

I tell you how it's done. There is one symbol (caution), which is next to the Like button. By this way a user can report the post for moderator's action, who's incharge of that particular section (better than PM'ing),and not by writing posts on forums, as you never know when & if this will be read by mods and acted upon..
 
There are no checks in this survey. One person ( VPannu) has voted for all four choices. How it can be possible!!!!!!!!!

I don't think that your thread should exist in the HUMOR forum at all. Reason --> http://www.jatland.com/forums/announcement.php?f=11 . Not only your thread, there are several other 'jhandu' threads being overlooked in HUMOR which are no where close to 'jat jokes' as mentioned in the link pasted by me above.
So the moderator who has been pro-active in last couple of days in deleting 'off-topic' , 'unnecessary' threads MUST do the needful now.

I really do think moderation quality has lot of scope for improvement. That will be good for the site.

I think who ever makes the first move should be punished and not the person responding to it.
 
Mod acha kaam kar rahe hai..Jatlabnd jaisi site ka moderation bahut tough kaam hai.kaafi saari social network sites hai.waha par easy job hai ye. bcos naa hi waha 1-2 doosre ko jyada jaante hai.sabse bada different cast, religiooun etc and geographically diff hota hai. wese bhi JL par kaafi log "Dutch Courage Mania" ke shikar hai(jaisa ki net par hota hi hai).Jhagda kisi ka bhi ho 10-20 taali bajane waale jarur aa jayenge..
