Teaching does not require any team work or if it requires then its very miniscule as compare to IT and outsourcing induatry ..... and they rely highly on team work.
Bhai desi to saare isse hi professional sain..chahe chhora ho ya chhori ho.. dhayadi pittan do intai bisrao manya.. ho jaange dheere dheere professional!

It is not about being girl or a guy. They are same when it comes to professionalism.Hum Jaton ko thoda dikkat jyada hoti because we are not very good in projecting which is required a lot specially in IT and ladkiyan is bit more smart in this.
PS:-Being a good team member one also require a ability not to find faults in your team members be it males or females .

Bhai I am not criticizing anybody. Different people have different traits and capabilities. If given opportunity, India can do 10 times better than what it doing now. There is no dearth of talent in India. It just a matter of showing the right direction to the people.

I dont have any such IT Profession experience......but I must say Point 2 and 3 are Universal Truth in any field ......Of course! there are exception but they are very rare.....and one of the reason for it is already mention by Pannu Ji in another form ............"because if you DON'T, then somebody else will"
This 'somebody' works as a foreign particle, capping agent, parasite, .....many more.....!!!!
Male person always shows soft corner towards Females....whatever reason....ultimately lead to harm the system.....finally we end with blaming that Americans are professionals rather than Indians and keep our self satisfied for ignorance of professionalism.
