Hard hitting truth about so called minorities and their stone aged religion !!

What I have noticed in all such discussions is that one believes what one chooses to believe. How many people are actually interested in taking into consideration all the facts on the table? There is the usual selection of only the facts that favor your own side that is then muddled with lots of sound and fury. First you cheer those on your side, then jeer those on opposite side.

How many people here who are holding extreme views on Muslims are at all even willing to consider a change via the debating process?

i yesterday celebrated EID with one of my close friend saikh mohamed al....lets not believe on news..face it practically...i carried sweets from "KARACHI BAKERY' very popular in hyderabad,with myself to wish ALI an EID MUBARAK..

I will go one step further. How many of those holding extreme views about Muslims have Muslim friends? How many have spent time with their families and how many have shared meals with them? How many have discussed such issues with them and sought their viewpoint? I will be surprised if you hold the same extreme views after experiencing all of the above.

I didn't know a single Muslim untill my final year of engg when a couple of boys from Malerkotla joined my college. They spoke perfect Punjabi, hung out with Jat Sikh boys and had simar tastes and preferences like others. The only difference was during Ramazan when they would fast. Then I had Muslim classmates in b school, worked under one and had another as a colleague. I also know a Kashmiei Pandit who is friends with a Kashmiri Muslim. The latter brings him home made Kashmiri non veg dishes. One can find hundreds of such examples if one looks for them. We just have to keep our mind open.

bhai swaich my friend saikh,
he never grew beard,he always keep moustaches.
he never keep ROZE nd its surprising to me he never go for NAMAZ,he says that instead of wasting time on these things ,he will be doing smthing that is beneficial for him or his family instead of his religion. everyyear he calls few of us on EID nd inever find any muslim friend he has called.

he said his sisters dont take nonveg(most of muslims hv it)..he never allow his mother or sisters to Wear BURKA
he is a perfect exanple of musalman who doesnt care wht is written in islam..jo usko accha lagta hai karta hai...

Wanna share similar kinda case :

One of my Brahmin frind married Muslim guy----
they live in joint family-

Bhaijan---does not go for namaz n do ramzan fasting ( he does not beleive in religion ) . Booze is big No in Islam , he does all that .

They got married 3 ways ---one hindu way of marriage - bhaijan has changed the name for the sake of my frnd's family

later islamic way-----my frind has changed her name for the sake of guy's family. Their son goes for namaz and to mandir as well.

3rd court marriage

She is a hard core hindu---do all that fasting n all--has her own mandir n all-----Also follow all muslim customs as well .
They have a son who does all islamic stuff n hindu things as well . I guess decent education n upbringing matters .

I have some muslim frinds------one of them is hard core muslim-----namaz, ramzan n all , ISlam is better that kinda beleiver
while others are different -----they make same kinda jokes----talk about terrorism------against jihad -----make fun of those hard core muslims ( i know we should not )
Again not every one is same.
Baki brain wash kabhi bhi kisssi ka bhi ho sakta hai

The people I knew didn't have any overt symbols of their religion either. In fact walking on the street, one could never tell their religion. My ex-boss and colleague didn't fast either. They were like any other professionals, career oriented with little or no time for religion.

Eid Mubarak to all of you.

I cannot give a better description of Eid then what Dalwai has given. That is what makes my country and my batch great, when we can all cross the barriers of customs, traditions and religion and sing a song of unity and mutual respect for each other.

I am myself trying to discover Islam now , I have read Bhagavat Gita a number of times and not even once the holy Quran, and I hardly know how to pray , but I know that the the message is not going to be anything different in Quran then in Gita.

पानीपत में पहली बार किसी मसजिद में नहीं बल्कि बांके बिहारी मंदिर में ईद मनाई गई ।असम में हुई हिंसक घटनाओं के बाद हिंदू मुस्लिम एकता के प्रतीक के रूप में इस पर्व पर हिंदू और मुसलमान गले मिले और देश की एकता को बनाए रखने की सौगंध खाई। इस दौरान मंदिर की तरफ से मुस्लिम बच्चों को उपहार दिए गए। बांके बिहारी मंदिर के प्रधान सुरेंद्र शर्मा, जगदीश लाल शर्मा, सोमनाथ बुद्धिराजा, रामबीर सोलंकी, मुकेश अरोड़ा, राजकुमार शर्मा, सतबीर सिद्धिकी, इरफान खान, अरमान खान, ओमप्रकाश, रमेश ने आपस में गले मिलकर पर्व मनाया।

According to Quran:Surah 3, verse 28:

3:28 Let not the Believers take the Unbelievers as friends - rather than the Believers. And whoever does that, then there is nothing from Allâh in any matter; unless that you only protect yourselves from them a protection. Thus Allâh cautions you of Himself; for towards Allâh is the eventual coming.

Means a Muslim shall not befriend a non Muslim. Allah says that if they will befriend non Muslim, Allah will cut them off from himself.

According to Surah 98, verse 6, it says people of the book that means Jews and Christians are shalobaraya, the most evil of all creatures.

The biggest threat we have is from those who carry Indian passport but Pakistan in heart. In 1947 some muslims wanted to go to Pakistan but couldnt go due to having no money to pay fares etc. Some who decided to stay for other reason still dream of a far away land. Many of these people are dissatisfied in their life and just think they would have better life in Pak.

You can see many shops in Hydrabad (could be possible at other places too) who has Pak cricketers's Posters in their shop. They celebrate Pakistan victory rather than Indian. I was told that in some areas they wont allow hindus to enter. They have some areas where they have their own laws and even police doesnt enter there.
