last fews days i seen some member talk about fake id.. yeh ek gambhir vishay hain yeh site orkut yaa facebook nahin hain. yahan log apne samaaj ke baare me jaanne aate hain. kuchh log yadi yahan fake id banaye huee hain to unko itna hi kahna chahunga ki aap apne samaaj me asli name ke sath mooh nahin dikha rahe ho to aap kis moom se yeh likh rahe raho ki hum JAT hain. admin ko bhi chahiye ki vo fake logon ko turant ban karen...

Now I am curious , how would the validation or authentication part would work ?
Uploading scanned copies of ID proofs -fake copies could be made , biometrics - too much cost - or JL need to hire some 3rd party agency to get verification done ? Too much overhead .

Please understand , this is a social networking website . I do not think there is any fear of getting some Confidential Information to be leaked out . Many people do not disclose their real identity coz other people may take undue advantage of same . In this way you would also request to disclose phone numbers one day as well .
We all Jats are here to share our views-----how does Identity makes a difference .
One thing may matters - if one person makes multiple ids , then it would effect the count of members on JL . Rest how does it matter .

If we start to recognize that difference of opinion on any particular issue is no opposition of the person but of his/her views, major irritant of the problem being discussed would be solved automatically. We must also remember that intellectuals seldom agree in their view points only the group of fools does..
