Does he think that the authorities are unaware of the fact that Jats are as important component of Indian nation as others are !

do you think govt was not aware that Jats needs reservation but we still need to tell them? dont you think that current govt or for that matter the previous regimes at some point of time should have invoked the gurnaam singh commission that was revoked by Bhajan lal after Master Hukam Singh implemented it?

I think there was no need of raising the expectations of the people sky high by issuing statement contained in the last two lines of the post [dated 22nd Dec. 2012] in view of the fact that even layman knew the compulsion of the Government that had to cross certain legal and legislative measures/formalities before implementing the recent reservation commission report.

No doubt the leaders of the reservation movement and the government seem to be moving in right direction, this is time consuming procedural matter which must also be taken into consideration and told in plain words to all concerned so that unnecessary controversies could be avoided.

Even now, it would be better if restraint is kept in mind while issuing statements by one and all the groups/leaders spearheading this very sensitive demand and emotive issue concerning our community.

भाई 50% से ऊपर आरक्षण केवल विशेष परिसिथिति में दिया जा सकता हे अभी ये देखना बाकि हे की सरकार कैसा कानून लती हे . जो भी हो ये sc में चैलेंज जरूर होगा अगर आया तो।
बाकि मुझे भी पता हे के आपने खबर कापी पेस्ट मरी हे पर बच्चा तो यहाँ कोई हे नहीं। अख़बार में हर तरह की खबर आती हे कुछ इससे बिलकुल उलट होती हे जो यहाँ आप चिपकाते हें . आप एक ही तरह की खबर चिपकाते हे और एक ही आदमी की तारीफ करते हे वो सब ठीक हे पर आप बाकि सब की बुराई करते रहते हे पर अगर कोई आपकी पार्टी लीडर के खिलाफ कुछ बोले तो आप सब लाठी लेके खड़े हो जाते हे।
ये भी ठीक हे पर जो आदमी हर रोज छोटू राम कोमी एकता की बात करता हो उसके लिए ये आचरण थोडा गलत हे एक तरफ आप सबको साथ लेके चलने की बात करते हो दूसरी तरफ आप सब की सरेआम आलोचना करते हो वो भी जब जब वो आदमी यहाँ आपनी सफाई देने के लिए हे ही नहीं

Vipin, In current scenario Haryana govt has given Jat reservation under special category only which is "विशेष परिसिथिति".In discussion with CM, Smitis and Khaps have discussed how he gone implement it so we need to wait rather than believe some selfish people calling for agitation and unnecessary statement.

Iss JL pe maine YAshpal malik k favor mein bhi likha hai jab tak vo sahi lage lekin jab kafurpur track chhoda n jab commission ki hearing mein agitation kia to chood dia sahi bolna kyuunki opinion change kar dia unki activites ne.Kabhi yudhvir sehrawat ko bhi sahi manta tha lekin jab Delhi mein survey hua n wahan reject huye Jat to uske liye usne kuch nhi kia to opinion change ho gya.You give me some other facts on them to prove me wrong i'm ready to change my opinion again.

Jat community should learn how to pressurize for their demand from Brahman community : Sangwan
Siwani. Ex Comandant Hawa Singh Sangwan, President, Akhil Bhartiya Jat Arakshan Sangharsh Samittee, Haryana Unit stated while addressing a gathering of Jat community in Kisan Bhawan at Siwani today that Jat community having population 8 to 9 crores in the country could not pressurize the Govt to accept their demand of reservation in a befitting manner till now. They should learn how to pressurize the Govts for their demand from the Brahman community since the Pressure Groups are very much needed in the democracy.
Sangwan stated that as per the report of Mandal Commission only 3 percent Brahmans are in India. At the same time Ellahabad Patrika edition dt. 1[SUP]st[/SUP] Nov. 1990 had mentioned that 65 percent Governors/Lt. Governors, 56 percent Secretaries, 50 percent Cabinet Ministers, 70 percent Ministers of Councils, 52 percent Vice Chancellors, 50 percent Judges/Sub Judges in the High Courts, 41 percent Ambassdors and Commissioners, 57 percent of Head of Public Enterprizes were from Brahman community in addition to 675 IAS officers out of 2324 IAS Caders in India. Moreover, Media is also mainly being dominated by the Brahmans and higher castes since pre-independece of India. At present, in addition to Haryana Police Chief, Navy Chief, BSF Chief, Raw Chief and Chief of DPRD and many others Central Govt. agencies are also being headed by the Brahmans.
Sangwan further stated that as per an estimate there are more than 7 lacs of such temples in India where one and more permanent priests are serving with such temples almost from Brahman community, being total about one crore in nos. where daily offerings of these temples stands more than 50 crores which goes mainly into the purses of these priests. Sangwan to elobrate the issue has also given one more example of a temple known as Banbhori temple in Hisar district which was under the control of State Govt having annual income more than 7 crores but the Brahman community pressurized the State Govt. and has taken the recontrol of the temple recently. But at the other hand, a Sheetla Mata Mandir situated at Gurgaon, which was under control of Kataria Jats, having more than 10 crores annual income could not be decontrolled from the Govt due to lac of Pressure Group and awareness in the Jat community. Therefore, the Jat community should follow the Brahnman community in this regard.

सिवानी। अखिल भारतीय जाट आरक्षण संघर्ष समिति के प्रदेशाध्यक्ष हवासिंह सांगवान ने किसान भवन, सिवानी में जाट समाज के लोगों की एक बैठक को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि देश में आठ से नौ करोड़ तक जाट समाज के लोग रहते हैं, लेकिन वे पांच साल के प्रचार के बाद भी जाट आरक्षण मुद्दे पर पूरी तरह से सरकार पर दबाव नहीं बना पाए हैं। इसीलिए जाट समाज को सरकारों पर दबाव बनाने का तरीका ब्राह्मण समाज से सीखना होगा कि किस प्रकार प्रजातंत्र में दबाव समूह बनाया(pressure group) जाता है।
सांगवान ने आगे बतलाया कि मंडल आयोग की रिपोर्ट में साफ-साफ लिखा है कि भारत में केवल तीन प्रतिशत ब्राह्मण समाज के लोग हैं। इलाहाबाद पत्रिका अंक प्रथम नवंबर, 1990 में लिखा है कि भारत में 65 प्रतिशत राज्यपाल व उपराज्यपाल, 56 प्रतिशत सचिव, 50 प्रतिशत केंद्रीय मंत्रिमंडल में, 70 प्रतिशत मंत्री परिषद में, 52 प्रतिशत कुलपति, 50 प्रतिशत सर्वोच्च न्यायालय में जज व सह जज, 41 प्रतिशत राजदूत व कमिशनर तथा 57 प्रतिशत पब्लिक इंटरप्राइज में मुखिया ब्राह्मण समाज से हैं। 2324 आईएएस अधिकारियों में से 675 भी ब्राह्मण समाज से हैं। सांगवान ने आगे बतलाया कि वर्तमान में हरियाणा पुलिस चीफ के अतिरिक्त भारतीय नेवी का चीफ, बीएसएफ का चीफ, भारत की महत्वपूर्ण गुप्त एजेंसी रॉ का चीफ तथा बीपीएंडआरडी का चीफ आदि अनेकों केंद्रीय सरकारी संस्थानों के प्रमुख ब्राह्मण समाज से हैें। इसके अतिरिक्त देश की मीडिया में सबसे अधिक लोग भी ब्राह्मण समाज से हैं।
सांगवान ने आगे बतलाया के एक अनुमान के अनुसार भारत में सात लाख से अधिक ऐसे मंदिर हैं, जिनमें एक से अधिक स्थायी पुजारी हैं, जिनकी कुल संख्या लगभग एक करोड़ है, जो अधिकतर ब्राह्मण समाज से ही हैं तथा इन मंदिरों का प्रतिदिन का चढ़ावा पचास करोड़ से भी अधिक है, जेा इन पुजारियों की जेब में जा रहा है। सांगवान ने इस पर खुलासा करते हुए बतलाया कि जींद जिले का बनभौरी मंदिर, जिसकी सालाना आमदनी सात करोड़ है, जिसे सरकार ने अधिग्रहण कर लिया था, ब्राह्मण समाज ने दबाव बनाकर अभी पिछले दिनों वापिस ले लिया, लेकिन गुडग़ांव का शीतला माता मंदिर, जो कटारिया जाटों का है, जिसकी आमदनी प्रति वर्ष दस करोड़ से भी ज्यादा है, जो सरकार के अधीन है, लेकिन उसे वापिस लेने के लिए जाट किसी प्रकार का दबाव नहीं बना पाए। यह दबाव की कला जाटों को सीखने की परम आवश्यकता है। इसीलिए जाटों को इस विषय में ब्राह्मण समाज के पदचिन्हों पर चलने की आवश्यकता है।
सांगवान ने यह भी याद दिलाया कि जब पांच साल पहले जाट आरक्षण का प्रचार शुरू किया, तो जाट समाज पर आरोप लगाया गया कि वे जाति-पाति फैला रहे हैं, जबकि आज ब्राह्मण समाज खुद आरक्षण के नाम पर संघर्ष समितियां बनाकर सरकार पर आर्थिक आधार पर आरक्षण लेने के लिए दबाव बना रहा है।
मीटिंग में हरफूल सिंह सिंधू, कैप्टन प्रतापसिंह, रिसाल सिंह मतानी, सूबेदार बलबीर सिंह, रामचंद्र मोरका, फतेहसिंह कोठारी, रामकुमार धुआं, किशनलाल, सूबेदार भालसिंह, अमरसिंह पिलानियां, रणसिंह बलहारा, इकबाल सिंह गोदारा, विजय सिंह लाठर, सुमेर सिंह लांबा, सोहनलाल कस्वां आदि उपस्थित थे।
