I am surprised and wonder sometimes if any responsible system of moderation exist on this site!People like you you deserve an instant ban for the rubbish and crap you write here! When you write something like this for a respectable jat than I can surely doubt about your background.I mean, i wouldn't expect a real jat to slide to that level! @Vikash: He might have made some wrong political and administrative decisions but remains an elder of our community and I expressed my sentiments and would seek leniency on that ground alone!
@ Phool kumar: Fiza's suicide/ murder happened in Mohali, Punjab. So the local police must have explored every theory related to the case! Nevertheless, Fiza was not a holy cow on any account!

Its nothing but an eyewash...CBI is a tool used by the party in power to nail down opposition party leaders..Congress is doing this to bolster their leadership in haryana..its nothing but politics....
BS Hooda did the similar thing in HCS exam 2009.

HPSC organized HCS-2009 exam under aegis of new chairman [Mr. Batra who later replaced by Mr. R D Sheokand] but HPSC failed to meet standard of Transparency and Accountability. Commission charged a fee of Rs. 1000/candidate when UPSC charged Rs. 20/candidate for same. Commission didn’t allow candidates to take away question papers neither in Prelims nor in Mains. May I ask why..??? Once again when final result of HCS-2009 was declared by HPSC on 4[SUP]th[/SUP]Jan 2011, History repeated itself and most influential candidates (Close relatives of Board Members, Political Leaders and Bureaucrats) sailed through. INLD (Main Opposition Political Party) came with an advance list of 15 names on 21[SUP]st[/SUP] December 2010 who would get selected and socking reality is that 10 names out of them are in the list of successful candidatesList of some favoured candidates in HCS-2009 Exam:-**This time written carried 600 marks and interview carried 75 marks
Apart from above mentioned candidates several other candidates who are close to either Politicians or Bureaucrats made it in list of successful candidates. They all are supposed to join on 18[SUP]th[/SUP] Jan 2011. Many deserving candidates, who did very well in the written test, were intentionally given low marks in the interview either to push their rank low or kick them out. For instance candidate with Roll No-1184 has secured 411 marks in the written test but only 18 in the interview. Similarly, a candidate bearing Roll No- 2069 secured 409 marks in the written test but only 11 in the interview. There is very high variation in marks awarded in interview from minimum 10 to maximum 66. It will be not wrong we say that HCS stands for “Hidden Civil Services”.

'My selection is a slap on the face of HPSE'
Ecstatic over his selection in the prestigious service, Lalit who has secured 41st rank in AllIndia Civil Services Examination, said, ''My selection is slap on the face of Haryana Public Service Commission (HPSC), which is demoralizing the best brains while adopting arbitrary procedure for making selection to the state civil services.'' Jain had appeared for Haryana Civil Service (HCS) examination 2009 conducted by HPSC, but was allegedly given extremely low marks to oust from being selected.
Lalit has scored the highest rank among candidates from Tricity, who had appeared for the services. He further said that when he was rejected by HPSC, he lost all his confidence & was very upset and decided to launch a legal battle to correct the system. Adding that the State Service Commission is a repository of the faith reposed in it by Constitution of India and it is supposed to make selections to public posts with flawless integrity. But sadly the state commissions are betraying the faith reposed on them.
Lalit, who has brought the entire selection of HCS under the scanner of judiciary, claimed that he along with other candidates had secured more than 60% marks in the HCS written test but they were brought down in the final list by 10% to 25% marks in the interview. On the other hand most of the selected candidates, especially the ones belonging to influential families, who were getting below 60% marks in the written test were given around 80% to 90% marks in the interview, to enable them to jump the cut off line.
Bunch of petitions filed by Jain and others is still pending with HC who had sought reply from the state on the alleged favouritism in the said examination. Allegations of selection of the close relatives of chief minister (CM) Haryana, his wife, MPs and senior officers of the state government are also in the selection list. Even state CM has been impleaded in person as party and asked to respond on the issue by HC.

आहा मैं पहली बार सच्चे और निर्भीक जाट यहाँ देख रहा हूँ अच्छा है चर्चा जरुरी है , मगर मित्रों जरा सोचों अरबो रूपये डकारने वाले और कोंग्रेस को सपोर्ट करने वाले मुलायम और मायावती "बंटी और बबली" उत्तर प्रदेश व केंद्र में मजे ले रहे है और हमारे वाले को 74 वर्ष की आयु में अंदर कर दिया । जाटों एक हो जाओं , थारा काल आ गया है

Sawal bus itna hi kiya tha ki log us time kyu nahi bole jab bhajni aur chautala ne dubhaat kari thi.. Hooda ne kar di to sabke mirch lagi.. simple..

नहीं भाई , भ्रष्ठाचार किसी प्रकार की भी ठीक नहीं किन्तु मेरा कथन कृपया एक बार और पढ़े । जब और के साथ इस तरह का पक्षपात हो रहा है तो सिर्फ हमारे वाले ही क्यों सीबीआई के शिकार हो? किन्तु यह सत्य है कौम को लूटा इन सभी ने है । और आज भुगत रहे है
जहाँ तक मैं जनता हू हुडा भी उतना ही जाट है जितना चौटाला तो ये म्हारे वाला आर थारे वाला बनने के मानक के है?

The conviction of former Haryana Chief Minister and
Indian National Loki Dal (INLD) chief Om Parkash Chautala and his MLA son Ajay
Chautala along with others in the JBT recruitment scam has taken a political
twist with the party capitalising on judgement that says that recruitments were
done purely “for adjusting their own people” and “no bribe was paid or taken” to
provide jobs to the selected 3,206 JBT teachers.
“Chautala and his son have gone to jail for a secure future of their
supporters and their kin” is the new mantra of the INLD that aims to cash in on
the judgement that is considered too weak to keep the father-son duo behind bars
for long. On the other hand, based on the feeling that the judgement has no
concrete evidence against the Chautalas and a lot of emphasis is laid on
“presumptions”, both the Congress and the Haryana Janhit Congress (HJC) have
started a blame game on the issue of “motives behind the timing of the
judgement”.
Contrary to popular belief that the INLD has suffered a big setback owing to
the jail term for the top INLD leadership and their close aids, the issue may
actually boomerang and create a “sympathy factor” for the party.
Om Parkash Chautala, in his statement before the CBI court at Rohini in Delhi
that convicted him, denied any knowledge or his role in the scam. The order
reads, “Om Prakash Chautala, Ajay Singh Chautala and Sher Singh Badshami have
denied not only their participation in the crime, but also having any knowledge
of the same at the relevant time”.
The 308-page judgement does not refer to any direct involvement of Chautala
or Ajay. Chautala has been convicted on the basis of the statement of IAS
officer Sanjiv Kumar, whose each and every argument has been rejected by the
court, except the fact that “Chautala called him for breakfast and asked him to
change the list of candidates”. In case of Ajay, the judgement reads that Ajay
was present in meetings where there was talk about the lists being altered, but
Ajay never once asked anyone to change the lists. His presence in the meetings
is taken as his being the mastermind behind changing of the lists.
The judgement acknowledges that Chautala did state to the court that IAS
officers Sanjiv Kumar and Rajni Sekhri Sibal were “playing in the hands of their
political opponents namely Bhupinder Singh Hooda, the present Chief Minister of
Haryana and earlier the main Opposition leader belonging to the Indian National
Congress party, in connivance with another politicians like Karan Dalal and
Kapil Sibal”.
Denying any role, the Congress has started a campaign that suggests that the
HJC leadership is behind the speeding up of the trial. This, they say, has been
done to prevent all possibilities, though remote, of the BJP having a re-think
on its poll alliance with the HJC and forming one with the INLD prior to the
2014 Parliamentary and Vidhan Sabha elections.
The INLD has decided to highlight relevant portions of the judgement that
support their proposed campaign to turn Chautalas into heroes.
One such para reads, “Though, it is true that there is no evidence that they
took any bribe from any candidate nor there is any evidence to show that they
favoured any of his relatives but there is enough evidence to show that their
political and bureaucratic bosses intended to cause wrongful gain to some
candidates and wrongful loss to the other candidates”.
In plain English, the INLD plans to translate this to read that the party
leadership cares for its supporters, workers and their well being. “Is it a
crime to fulfil the needs and aspirations of the party workers?” is an argument
given out by the party think tank.

हरियाणा मै सरकारी नौकरियों का खुल्ला व्यापारीकरण और भाई-भतीजा-बटेऊवाद शुरू से ही रहा है I राजनेताओं के इस गोरख-धंधे पर लगाम जितनी जल्दी और सख्ती से कसी जाये उतनी ही गरीब और किसान तबके के बच्चों के लिए अच्छी I इस काले धंधे में कौन लपेटे में आता है इसके कोई खास मायने नहीं हैं, चाहे वो कोई जाटों का मसीहा की क्यों ना हो I अपराध की सजा जाति और धर्म के आधार पर नहीं होनी चाहिए I हमें इतना अफ़सोस करने की जरूरत नहीं होनी चाहिए थी I इस काले धंधे के कारण कितने ही काबिल लड़के लडकियां रोजगार से महरूम रह जाते हैं इसका शायद कुछ हमदर्दों को इल्म नहीं I The recruitment system should be transparent, fair and fool-proof based on merit.

he is not asking the mahara thara relation between chautala and hooda. Both are in mahara thara category of haryana jats area wise or so
अगर केंदर सरकार को जीवन दान देने में इनलो की स्तिथि, मुलायम या मायावती जैसी होती और मुलायम / मायावती की स्तिथि चौटाला जैसी होती (मतलब केंदर को कोई फरक नहीं पड़ता)
तो आज के समाचारों में खबर होती की मुलायम/ मायावती तिहाड़ की कोठरी नम्बर ४ में है और चौटाला को वही सम्मान मिलता जो मुलायम और मायावती को दिया जा रहा है
हमारी न्याय्पलिका अभी भी ठीक है , कुछ खबरे आती है मगर उतना पतन नहीं हुआ है
लेकिन नयायपालिका तक केस को पहुँचाया जाता है सरकार दुवारा , और केस को केसे परोसा जाये ये सरकार निश्चित करती है , सीबीआई सर्कार की कठपुतली होती है
इस केस से समाज में एक अच्छा मेसेज गया है मैं तो बहुत खुस हूँ
ये खुसी बरक़रार रहेगी जब बाकि केसों में भी एसा ही देखने को मिलेगा
मगर शायद ही एसा सुन ने को मिले , क्योंकि सीबीआई किसी भी केस को उसी तरह हैंडल करती जैसा सरकार चाहती है
न्यायपालिका चाह कर भी कुछ नहीं कर सकती, क्योंकि केस को मरी हुई अवस्था में पेस किया जाता है
क्या आप विश्वास करते है की इस केस को इस अंजाम तक पहुचने में सरकार का कोई हाथ नहीं है
अगर तब से अब तक इनलो की सर्कार रहती तो क्या आज यही देखने को मिलता
