It must be only a co-incidene that most of the Jat leaders you mentioned are corrupt and it is not for the government but Jat people themselves who endorse this.
I come from Western UP and I can see so do you, are you satisfied with what Ajit Singh has done for the region? Among one of his achievements is the fact that he has been with every party, the legacy his father left to him is not even 1% to what it used to be.

The case against Mr. Chautala was registered in court when NDA was in power, Courts then asked CBI to investigate. CBI investigated and submitted the charge-sheet again later. So basically, the whole case was lodged and charges were framed when both the likelihoods were in power.
To add more accuracy:
Year 2000 - Chautala Government appointed 3032 JBT Teachers.
The CBI had registered a case against 62 officials and politicians on May 24, 2004.
After 2 Years
June 6 2008
The CBI had filed the chargesheet in the case charging the accused under
Sections 120B (criminal conspiracy),
420 (cheating),
467 (forgery),
468 (forgery for cheating),
471 (use of forged document showing it as genuine) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and under the provisions of the Prevention of Corruption Act (PCA), 1988.
None of the charges to me seem inapplicable, are they?

It is a big setback for INLD. INLD needs strong leadership or perhaps an overhaul! Otherwise party may not be able to compete and survive. Building strong leadership takes time(not an overnight job). Party might get some sympathy in coming elections but effective leadership is a big concern.

I can not think of a single party besides Congress which has lived upto the legacy of first generation leaders. Political legacy is hard to digest or get used to, more so because the second generation leaders have not been through the hardships their elders did.
Tau Devi Lal, Chaudhary Charan Singh are fine examples to quote among jats and if we go beyond we can get more names.

This is biggest problem country is facing. There is no strong opposition to counter congress.Tyranny of congress has made country very weak. Corruption flourished due to power vested in handful people. It is very unfortunate that country does not have a strong alternate to provide a check and balance on monster congress.

The case was initiated because a GREEDY IAS officer couldnt get his 25 names added to the list of selection and hence was frustrated.The fact that the case was registered during NDA etc is not a valid argument. Later CBI - which was in hands of CONGRESS MATA SONIA - exploited this case and twisted CBI's arm as much as she could... OK?
Also, If you r saying that this is not CBI but a court verdict --- then my friend you need to learn a lot abt the case ---- as the decision is from not a sessions court but a CBI court....... when CBI can be under pressure then why not CBI court.....
Dont forget chotalaz hv right to appeal in high court and surely justice will prevail. If they hv done something wrong - they shud be punished hard.... but at the same time - you can not shy away from the truth that MATA SONIA is controlling CBI.........

After Mr. Verma, BJP has seen no big Jat leader, Sompal Shashtri was growing but was not allowed to and ultimately joined BSP. BSP, SP neither have a jat leader, in fact they give most tickets to brahmins/SCs on Jat dominated seats like Bagpat.

Read again Arvind to what I quoted him on. I quoted him on questioning the courts intentions, not government.
And No, India will not be a ruthless nation but have you thought what kind of place are we really becoming? We never want to see anything with a fair eye but through out built perceptions.

Brother, from where the leadership will come, they never allowed any body to develop in the party, they always preferred chamchas, un educated and brainless people, most of their so called leaders do not enjoy good reputation, INLD IS CHAUTALA sahab and it will go with chautala sahab, it a big loss to Haryana and jats particularly because it will help Bhajan family, which is biggest enemy of jatsIt is a big setback for INLD.
