Sure. IPC's Hindu marriage act doesn't stop Jats to marry in different gotras. Does it? Yes, it allows same gotra marriage, but in Hindu religion Jats are not only. Many castes marry in same gotras. You understand one thing : IPC's Hindu marriage act doesn't disallow the Jats to marry in different gotras. The efforts need to be made if we want this act to be changed in Jats' favour as far as same gotra marriage is concerned.
And I am also not bothered about your queries. Read post 201 in which you said 'kitne tarak diye hain ab tak aapse jo pucha gya?'

Have you read both links' matter well? In above link Jats were called shudra/chandals by Muhammad Ibn Qasim. I think that was the reason behind it. Moreover this shudra thing is being traced to Punjab's Jats. Once in a school, a boy was called as 'monkey' by a teacher. After that teacher was transferred to some other school, but that boy was still be called as monkey by fellow students. I think you got what I want to say. Jats are not in SC/ST list. It means when some specialists sat together, they concluded Jats are not shudra. And what are you trying to prove? Brahmins are just 6-7% and pujari-pande may be just 000.1 %. Why are you blaming it on all Hindus?

North ke jaat mostly punjaabi jaat hain. Pehle Haryana bhi punjaab hi hota tha. Parition ke baad badla hai sab kuch. Main yahan Hindu dharam ki burayi karne ke liye nahi aaya hoon.

Haan yadi kuch khamiyaan rahi hain to unhe ujagar karna aur unke baare mai pata hona koi galat baat nahi.

Brother there isnt much sustance in this Aryan theory. DNA studies has shown there isnt much variance among Jats and other north indian castes. We shouldnt just boost ourself based on such century old researches esp. from british researchers till we verify the facts. Jats color, height and looks also vary a lot from east to north west.

In Modern India, The term varna is replaced by caste. Caste is a term coined by Britishers. You will not find any form asking you to fill in your Varna. In modern india caste are divided into General Caste, SC, ST, OBC or BC. Generanl caste include people like bhramins, rajputs, baniyas. The untouchables or dalits are included in SC. OBC includes Shudra. Jats used to be in General caste but now they want to be included in OBC as they say their status (socially and economically) is same as shudras. Indian constitution has provided positive descrimination to the historically disadvantaged castes like SC/ST and OBC. Since then lot of castes wants to be included in one of these to get the benifit of this positive descrimination. So you can decide where you belong to.

As per modern global classification I think you could belong to middle working class based on the profession you quoted.

हिंदू धर्म की यही तो महानता है कि इसमें आज़ादी है। हमें वर्ण चाहिए ही नहीं, न ही वर्ण व्यवस्था में न होने से हमारा कोई काम अटकता। जिस तरह से सती प्रथा, बाल विवाह, छुआछूत जैसी कुरीतियां दम तोड़ चुकी हैं, वैसे ही वर्ण व्यवस्था अब दम तोड़ चुकी है। केवल हिंदू धर्म के आलोचक इस मुद्दे को उठाते रहते हैं। अब तुम ये कमाल देखो कि एक हिस्से विशेष के जाटों को एक मुस्लिम आक्रमणकारी ने 'शूद्र/चंडाल' कहा, लेकिन उसके लिए बदनाम हिंदू धर्म हो गया। गलत जानकारी नहीं फैलानी चाहिए। मैं अक्सर ये बात सुनकर हैरान होता था। अब पता चला कि ये क्या किस्सा था। इसीलिए लाहौर कोर्ट वगैरह में जाटों को शूद्र कहा गया (अगर ऐसा हुआ है तो)। ये शूद्र वाला चक्कर उधर सिंध-पंजाब तक ही रहा। कमाल की बात है उधर के कुछ जाटों को शूद्र कहा गया तो बाकी जाटों को भड़काया जाता रहा है हिंदू धर्म के खिलाफ।

Bhai mere..yeh sab maine padha aur discuss kiya hua hai........baaki jaat kis aur caste/tribe tai kam koni kisi bhi maamle main..bas yeh soodhe aadmi the padhan likhan main maade se ghaat rah ge..mera kahne ka matlab yeh hai ki jo koi 2-4 log haamne shudra kah bhi de to inferiority complex ki koi load koni...!
