In one of the posts in fact I have mentioned that we in fact need to get into the reasons and circumstances which force the muslims to take to terrorism.
You have mentioned a few points. let me analyze them a bit:
1. Lack of education: There are many parts of India where there is lack of education and awareness. Does lack of education make a person take up arms? If that were the case, all the uneducated people in the world should become terrorists. Moreover, many of the terrorist acts have been committed by highly educated muslims.
2. Ignorance: Ignorance of what? Ignorance of the fact that innocent life is sacrosanct (sacred). That is not ignorance. That is hatred.
3. Wrong understanding of thoughts by media: Media does play an important role. But media does not control our lives. God made us humans and endowed us with the compassion, skills of thinking and reasoning. Every human being whether educated or uneducated knows that innocent human life is sacrosanct. So, let's not blame the media for the animal behaviour indulged in by the terrorists.
You say that even families have quarrels. Yes, they do and for the sake of peace, harmony and tranquility, they partition the property and separate out. That's what we did in 1947 when the two brothers separated and their shares given to each one. Now if the children of one brother stay back and again ask for partition how fair is it?
Today we see the level of violence when they are supposedly in a minority. What happens when they are in a majority tomorrow which is all too imminent? We need to be practical and not ALWAYS think from the heart.
There is no harm in allowing them to leave if they would like to leave.
Thought process is a very complicated subject that you have broached on. Since the almost 67 years of independence despite all the history and civics books, the thought process has gone from bad to worse.
maddhan1979;348112]It is not a point of "me siding with muslims or me siding with Jats",, the point is " What are the root causes of such incidents", "Lack of education, ignorance, wrong understanding of thoughts given by media, etc are the main causes".
A small and short way of getting rid of the problem is that people separate and start living at far off places, but tell me " do such events not also happen with in Jat community?", i have heard about quarrels between families, neighbors, friends etc. who all were "Jats" because some "Jat" did the same thing to some other "Jats" sister.
So the main point is the problem related with "thought process". Today, u can separate muslims ,then tomorrow, if the same thing starts between two Jat families, Jat clans, etc., then what?
The arguments and counter arguments are endless but until and unless you will change the thought process towards more scientific and logical way of living a life, things will not change.
The very crux of the problem in the society is the thought process and easy solution finding ways, which are often short term solutions to any given problem and in long run they will magnify and involve even bigger crowds.
