Good Video..really inspiring.. with the brave regiment history.
but i was disapointed that i couldn't figure any jat in leadership position (at company, battalion, regimental, divisional, command level) in the documentary. Can anyone help me here, may be i might have missed out if there were any.

I think Lt.Gen Balraj Singh Nagal is Jat, see @22, here is link of Jat Histroy @ yahoo group
http://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/JatHistory/conversations/topics/5236

apart from this there are some very interesting facts and picture, soldiers having Hukka @29 then stressing on wrestling and Kabadi, farmer with Hal in the beginning to name a few, i think its a presentation of more of Jats culture and history rather then Jat regiment!

Second to none. The spirit lives on.

This spirit is as old as the the horses that were ridden by the Scythian tribes, it lives on in one form or the other.

Wonderful documentary on 7[SUP]th[/SUP] Jat Regiment

What a brave description in the beginning ---- veer rash ka bahut hi damdaar paryog kiya hai, dil gad gad ho gaya sun ker

“Jat Balwan Hum, Hind ki hai shaan hum
Khauf kuch hamhe nahi, Martyu ka bhi bhye nahi
Dushmano ke samne dare nahi dathe vahi
Nauch khate dushmano ko singh ke saman hum
Jat balwan hum, hind ki hai shaan hum
Dhadak uti jingariya, rahi baristi goliya
Chataan sa adig rahe, ruki na apni toliya
Soak le samundar bhi, le agar ye thaan hum
Jat Balwan hum, hind ki hai shaan hum
Arpit ker rakht tilak, Bharat ma ke mastak
Sathi apne khoye hai, man hi man mei roye hai
Kintu jhuka sakte nahi, apna swabhiman hum
Hind ki hai shaan hum, Jat balwan hum
Tharate na ek jhin, raahe ho bhale katin
Badhe jale ruke nahi, hum kabhi thake nahi
Matarbhumi ke liye aan baan shaan hum
Jat balwan hum, hind ki hai shaan hum”

Jat synonymous for Veerta
