Delhi has something special, may be. It is the capital with an influx of millions every year, it is a bigger challenge to manage it as well. Why are we shying away from appreciating Sheila for managing it wonderfully in the past 15 years?

People might be rich, so is the population of poor. Politicians might be rich but I assume you would know they dont declare their rich part, and even if they do their residence is in the state they are elected in(MPs) not Delhi.

On Metro, your argument would have made sense if all cities received it. Delhi govt must have done something special that ONLY Delhi has such a world class metro, and is ever expanding. Can we appreciate them on that? Even if it is center you are somewhere appreciating Congress only, no?

Most of your post didn't make any sense to me. So I wont waste our time on that. Would just say again in one line metro areas like Chandigarh would naturally have higher income.

The only part which made little sense is the highlighted part. OK neither I am giving credit to your Congress state Govt nor I am taking it away. All I am saying is she cant take away all the credit for it. This is not even managed by her. Need for Metro or underground transport system was recommended for Delhi probably even before we were born. Delhi got Metro too late. Lot of people were involved in this process from congress to BJP and not to forget the Transport ministry and other officials. Your argument is too funny that Delhi got it first. For CONGRESS sake its our national capital, It was growing at astounding rate and it is one of our biggest city. Calcutta has metro since 1984, Bombay had local train network much before and YES Delhi got best airport in India as well. Shiela might want to take credit for that as well. Better concentrate on providing clean environment and drinking water to common people and yes don't forget Toilets.

For your education, once you are above basic level I will look into it. Till then I recommend self education.

All set for last round of elections in 5 states. its Delhi this time. EC is trying everything to increase the voting percentage this time. Who you think will come out as a winner in a close fight/tough fight?
 
With today's voting the fate of thousands of contestants is sealed. The impact of one or the other party's working or doing would be clear on 8th December, 2013. Till then only speculations to continue pouring in from here and there.
 
Again low turnout like last time, it is 55% till 4PM. It was 58% last year, more of same pattern. Many people were complaining that there votes were missing. Low turn out means bright chances for Congress, medium turnout will go for BJP and a high turnout might favor AAP. It would be intresting to see the exit polls after 5PM. 4 days is a long time to wait for the results. :)
 
All the Exit Polls show BJP leading comfortably in all the four states.
AAP, although shown at 3rd position but has performed reasonably well!

Turn out of voters above 66 %, all time high for Delhi Assembly Elections.

Bhai leele, aap ne bhi sara election kaad diya bina analysis... jatland jama suna padya tha election ke time.. mane to kayi be geda mar ke dekha par apki koi post hi nahi thi ess bar election pe. apka analysis kabile tarif hota tha umeed hai lok sabha ke time balaka ne nyu sunna nahi chodoge..

Appointing Dr Harshvardhan as a CM candidate has made a big difference. Also the sting operation carried out against AAP just before election would have made a slight dent to the image of AAP. But whatever it is, phenominal debut for AAP. It's astonishing and unprecedented.

The results show the strenghts of democracy!!
