Quote a worst case scenario where police should be allowed to beat a person in street instead of arresting him and producing in front of a magistrate? If police has such powers, how come they did not use in Khirki?

On a lighter note, why police in Delhi is controlled by central government. Just because Delhi is a Union Territory, does not justify that police needs to be controlled by Central Govt. A UT can become a state. So the administrative structure, law and order can be controlled by UT government.

Having said that, what is AAP's take on police reforms?

Is Kezriwal interested in reforming labour laws and removing unnecessary protection given to public sector employees which makes them unaccountable and arrogant.

Apparently Kezriwal seems to be more interested in public stunts. These public stunts will yield nothing but will prove a disaster for people.

Delhi Police ACP Jakhar has done right thing and nothing wrong, If he had acted on direction of Bihari Bhai Somnath Bharti he would have behind bar for acting against a foreigner like this and Bihari Bharti would have enjoyed in Public. Rent act is under Delhi Govt and Why Delhi Govt is not issueing notice to all such landlord who have given their house or building on rent instead of asking police to first act. What AAP govt want to do is that get done by using other soldier.

He will never speak on labour laws because in Delhi his complete election expense were done by Bania Bhai and touching labour laws means acting against Business Community, In factory and shops hardly any labour is paid above Rs.7000/- a month. It was only Ch.Charan Singh who spoke about reforms in labour laws.

How far his son, grand son and other Jat leaders have taken forward his views on various matters ? Last time when did you hear a Jat leader talking of labor laws during last 25 years? You seem to divide world into Jat vs Non-Jat worlds in most of your discussions. How come a leader coming from Jat community is rarely accepted by other communities as their leader? Don't you think Jat leaders are out of tune with contemporary politics? In 12 years of CMship Modi has become a national leader. How come same has not happened with Jat CMs ? Don't you think Jats are still thinking in terms of caste and regional politics?

भाई बात आप कि ही आइडियोलॉजी से प्रेरित है- आप हर चीज़ का फैसला सड़को पर चाहती है और जब दिल्ली पुलिस ने ऐसा कर दिए तो आफत मचा दी

पुलिस और अफसरशाही पर हम बहुत सी बातें नज़र अंदाज़ कर देते है ...

ये सिर्फ बीजेपी, कांग्रेस की ही नहीं सपा, बसपा, तृणमूल, DMK, AIDMK, AIADMK, और अन्य सभी पार्टियों की पहली निति होती है कि, सत्ता में आते ही पुलिस और प्रशासनिक अफसर बदल दिए जाते है.

राजस्थान में बीजेपी ने आते ही, कांग्रेस के सभी आईएस, पुलिस अधिकारियो का तबादला कर दिया, सपा ने UP में ऐसा ही किया, गहलोत ने पीछली बार राजस्थान में , मायावती ने UP में आते ही ऐसा किया.. जयललिता ने भी, ऐसा कोई भी राज्य नहीं जहा नयी या विरोधी party आते ही, अफसर बदल दिए जाते है. और ये प्रथम काम होता है.

क्या ये कोर्ट को, जनता को, और अपने आप को पढ़े लिखे कहने वालो को नज़र नहीं आता. जब किसी अफसर का तबादला किया जा रहा है तो क्या वो भ्रष्ट नहीं है, क्या वो पार्टीयों की सेवा करता है या जनता की. क्या ये चीज़ साफ़ नहीं हो जाती.

नयी party केवल तबादला क्यों करती है, जब उसे पता है की फला अफसर काम नहीं करेगा, तो निलंबित (suspend) क्यों नहीं करती. क्यूँ सचिवालय में भरोसेमंद अफसर लगाये जाते है, जो सिर्फ उसी पार्टी के लिए काम करते है.

ये सारी मिलीभगत से होता है | जो अफसर विरोध करते है, खेमका जैसे, उनका हर 6 माह में तबादला होता रहता है, और जो अफसर CM के पालतू होते है वो दिल्ली जैसे राज्य में 15 साल तक एक जगह टिक कर काम कर सकते है..... हम भले ही कितनी नयी पार्टिया जिता कर सरकार बना दे.. जब तक ये मिली भगत ख़तम नहीं होगी.. जनता का भला नहीं होगा...

UPSC की एक समिति पिछले 10 सालो से आईएस, आईपीएस आदि अफसरों की 3 साल तक एक जगह स्थायी होने की वकालत कर रही है, कुछ राज्यों ने इसी अपनी राज्य कानून किताब में लिख भी लिया है.. लेकिन बस किताब तक ही सीमित रखा है .... क्या वो राज्य (सरकार). राज्य का भला चाहता है ?

हम अगर party के नाम की बजाय सही सोच रखने वाले, समाज हित में काम करने वाले, और परहित करने वालो को वोट देंगे तो वो चाहे किसी भी party से हो, एक अच्छे फैसले लेने में पीछे नहीं हटेंगे...

आशा है, जनता जल्दी शिक्षित होगी और सही नेता की पहचान कर पायेगी..

Agreed. But we need to keep in mind, if educated leadership is corrupt they are prone to do more damage than uneducated one.
