Regards,
Bharti
There are feable chances, but lets hope something good comes out for fellow jats

What is the need of Public Hearing ?
Jats should be given reservation directly on the basis of Economic and Social Status ..

The people from Shoshit Samaj i.e. BC-A category of Haryana will definitely protest against Jat inclusion .

Ill-fate of deprivation of Jats prevails:

Has it been the tradition to cater such hearings in reservation history?
I never heard of, then why it is organized when it came to share of Jats? Is there any community in reservation categories, who got entry to this lobby by this method previously, recently or in far-past, then why it is for the case of Jats only? Where as it is widely observed and known fact that except Jats, all other agrarian communities are sailing in this boat already so why would they and other OBCs allow one more community?

Until date only method of conferring reservation on a community been the economical, social and educational surveys, so why this method pop-ups for the case of Jats here?

Was this method of public hearing adopted in 1991 and in further years whenever a new caste/creed was conferred the benefit of reservation? Then why it is now? And who the hell except Jats would support it, anyone? Instead of this why not the government, OBC Commission and administrations straight-forwardly deny reservation to Jats?

It should directly and strictly be opposed, because no other community will support or vote in favor of this, pertaining to their share would be further shared and even the traditional factors would also impact their voting.

Have the governments and administrations of this nation been serious ever or are currently in this matter? It is nothing but straight-forwardly an open in public tactic to keep the Jats deprived from their benefits as has been happening in this nation since ages.

It should be objected by all Jat reservation movement groups, Khaps and everyone who has invested the last 5-6 years of their life in bringing this movement to this stage, it shall wash-out all these efforts of our these brethren, and then Jats would require to do a re-start/re-work.

Maharashtra hi nahi ... Andhra Pradesh,Punjab aur Jammu & Kashmir mein bhi humare Jat bhaiyon ko aarakshan milna chahiye ..

This is so strange, given this is not done historically why are are Jats being singled out? And like said earlier why would other communities vote in favor or Jats?

I feel this is nothing else but a Kejriwal way of denying reservation.

Anil,
It seems someone in the NCBC read this comment of yours.
There is this Corrigendum in today's Times of India and the date 11 Feb for hearing Against has been changed to 13 Feb.
So 2 days each for In-Favor and against :-)

Reservation should be on economic basis instead of caste base - Janardan Dwivedi

Reservation should be on economic basis instead of caste base - Janardan Dwivedi:

It is completely a nonsense. What is the guarantee that on the name of economic line reservation, the upper-castes people would not ensure entry to their poor people only and then the deprived classes who right now are getting at least some share/chances due to caste bound reservation, would be deprived by upper caste goons maximum on the name of favoritism? Can Janardan Dvivedi gaurantee on it, especially when whole social system of India is based on Bhai-Bhatijavaad and favoritism, no he can't; thus all it will clinch the upper caste poors only! And if any from deprived communities would get entry then only after poors of upper castes. And same will happen with Jats too, their poors would get chances only if poors of castes above you left something for you. Over all mean to say is that you will get the minimum.

This idea shouldn't be heeded, it will bring back the Samantvaad (feudalism) in nation again. So it is nothing but a by-pass method of upper castes to rule the lower communities in medieval fashion again. Yes, if they want to draw the economic lines, then draw within the caste reservation, which in fact for the case of OBCs is already in place and if necessary can be extended in SC/ST classes too. I strongly oppose this formula.

Janardan Dwivedi sir, instead of this you should demand reservation for deprived and backward classes in private sector and temples now. - Phool Kumar Malik

I am not convinced with your reasoning, anyways that is a usual.

I have always been an appreciator of reservation based on cast, and here is how it will benefit:

1) Needy will get the benefit
2) Since it will not be to appease a group of people belonging to same caste, it will stop politicizing this issue

It doesn't answer to what I have raised in my post. Can you guarantee me that poors of deprived classes or even of Jats will get the equal proportion if caste boundary is removed or suggest me a formula to ensure that their share won't be gulped by upper caste poors with support of their richers and poors of depriveds won't be derailed back to eat their "Jhoothan", as has been the ages old tradition of India pre-reservation era?

Unsure if you are aware of it but 10% reservation is still on economic basis. There are various parameters you can identify people. Can you gurantee me people are not cheating on their casts right now?

And you think backward classes have not grown in last 20 years?

So what if they have grown in last 20 years, have they attained the equality to 3B castes? And to stop within caste cheating, I have suggested the way for it in my very first post here, if you by chance haven't noticed.

If there is 10% reservation on economic basis currently, then get information on these points for me, first for whom that 10% reservation is, second who and which community is most benefited of that 10%? And then lets analyze my worries here itself if they have any ground or not?

Its nothing but a new drama kind of jealousy reflected on the eve of Jat reservation in central jobs. Try to understand their politics, they have nothing to do with economic equality but how to stop Jats from reaching in level to them, who are just next to them in downside economic level. I hope you won't oppose my point here with the argument that Jats holds most of land, so what Brahmins holds cash and property of 100% temples of nation, whose turnover per year is equal whole national budget of India i.e. INR 12 Lakhs Crores per annum, Baniyas and Bhappas hold more than 80% of all business cash and property, which again is in nearby figures to that of Brahmins one. And their properties and holdings are multiple times more yielding means than the seemingly white elephant land of Jats.

If they are so serious then ask the Brahmins to distribute the cash and property of temples in equal share to all castes of Hinduism, can they, no never. Forget about getting share, they don't even write your history properly for which they are meant, they take charity from you and despite putting a share of writing and promoting your culture and history, they use it in defamation propagandas against our community.

I have personally been in favor or reservation on the basis of economic condition over caste.
Dear Vikas,
I guess no one here disagree to you on this. But what is funny is the timing of the statement. Can't you see the desperation in congress camp to find out some issue on which they may try to woo votes.
