Do you agree what Comandant{Retd.} Hawa Singh Sangwan has said?

Mr. Sangwan has said that all Jats should vote to Congress as this party has given reservation to Jats.

Those who don't vote Congress would be traitors (gaddar).

He did great job and he had said what he feels. He is grateful to Hooda for his extended support and out of way decision for jat reservation so he said what he felt right.
As per me if i were in his place i would have done same. It is media which interprets and give meaning to words in a different manner.
Unka kehna simple sa hai Jinhone hamari madad ki unki madad na karna gaddari hogi.

Unbelievable ! Did he really say so ?

He being a man from defence services background seems not to have put such a narrow yardstick to define one as 'patriot' or 'traitor' .

Jat Arakshan Sanghrash Samiti president Capt Hawa Singh Sangwan today said Jats should vote for Congress.Talking to mediamen at Narnaund, he alleged, "the Muslim terrorism is the legacy of RSS and BJP communalism. The muslim extremism rose after the episode of Babri Mosque."The Jat leader said, "During the agitation for OBC quota we had announced that Jats would vote for the party which would support our demand for reservation. What can be worst than this? Voting is an individuals choice, who is he to term a voter as traitor? Is he not running a propaganda for self interest.
Is is not sensible to support a party which is going to form a govt in near future. This is keep our presence at all levels.

Oh he is Commandant Retd. Hawa Singh Sangwan, wrongly mentioned as Captain in the link as well as in the thread Heading !

From his utterances it is clear that he has now become mouth piece of the Congress Party. But be it as it were.

Nonetheless, his branding any or all Jats as traitors if they do not support the persons whom he wants them to support is beyond comprehension.

Moreover, the Jat reservation issue pertaining to Haryana has become sub judice after the Punjab and Haryana High Court has issued notice on a petition challenging it .

Whether reservation to Jats would continue or not; the issue hangs in air as on today.
 
Extraneous influences should not vitiate your choice while exercising your voting right !

Choose the best candidate to represent your constituency in the Lok Sabha without fear !

All right he has right to speak out what he feels;

but at the same time,

he must know that he has no right to stigmatise others as 'traitors' who do not abide by his diktats !

If Jats vote unitedly in upcoming elections and we get next Jat CM then no one can challenge Jat reservation .. Tamil Nadu already has 63% reservation.
The key is simply pass Jat reservation resolution in Vidhan Sabha by 2/3 majority and send it to Central Government.Then President will give nod to Jat reservation and even Supreme Court can't do anything whether it exceeds 50% limit or not.

What we are supposed to do is send as many as Jat MPs in Lok Sabha and as many as MLAs in Vidhan Sabha so that no. of members opposing Jat reservation are minimum.

Mind it a Jat MP/MLA will never dare to oppose Jat reservation in public irrespective of his/her individual feeling about Jat reservation.

Non-Jats of Haryana whether they are dalits,backwards or forwards like Brahmin,Rajput or Baniya everyone are opposing and in future also will oppose Jat reservation ..

Each and every Jat welcomes the move and is thankful to the authorities who got it done.

It stands challenged already in the Punjab and Haryana High Court.

The petitioner Murari Lal Gupta is from Bhiwani ... He just went against the Haryana Government's move just out of jealousy,nothing more ..

When Jats of Uttar Pradesh were given OBC quota at state level in 2000,it was challenged too in UP High Court.
Jats of UP were given OBC quota without any survey then State Government took 3 months to conduct survey and hence OBC quota to Jats was retained.

At least in Haryana,Jats were recommended reservation on the basis of KC Gupta Commission,Retired Justice of High Court.

As such there was no stay on SBC quota by High Court,,the State Government of Haryana needs that Jat reservation motion is passed by 2/3rd majority in Vidhan Sabha of Haryana.
If State Government pass it by 2/3rd majority then even Supreme Court can't do anything.
Anything which is passed by 2/3rd majority in Legislature becomes Constitutional amendment,then Judiciary can't interfere.

According to Commandant (retd.) Hawa Singh Sangwan if we Jats don't vote Congress, then we are traitors because Congress has given reservation to us in centre. If this is the doctrine, then why should we forget Muzaffarnagar riots (the main reason for compelling the Congress to give reservation to the Jats as there was fear of Jat votes' polarization)? If Muzaffarnagar riots would have not happened, then I don't think Congress was going to take this step. So Muzaffarnagar riots are main reason. During the riots BJP supported we Jats there and our other Hindu brothers were too with us. Though we did all on our own, but our other Hindu brothers were fully with us. No doubt in that. So we should support BJP. Another reason for it is if we don't do so then country may have to face hung assembly. In Delhi we are facing the same problem and Delhiites are going to bear extra burden of poll again. So Congress is seeming to be a sinking ship and if we don't vote BJP, then we will support a hung assembly, which is not good for country. And after this hung assembly again there is no option but BJP. So the conditions are like either you have no government in India or you have got to vote BJP.
