As I wrote earlier there is a difference between मानना and होना .

Parvesh Sahib Singh is 100% Jat ..
I am not sure but he is married to sister of Captain Abhimanyu,BJP Spokesperson .

His gotra is Lakra and he belongs to Mundka village of Delhi .

Verma was a title given to his father .. I don't know why he was given the title of Verma and why he did not use his surname as Lakra .

As per Government of India , caste of woman/man does not change after Marriage if there is inter-caste marriage .

e.g. If a Jat woman is married to a Dalit then she can't avail SC quota but her children can because her husband is a Dalit .
If a Jat man is married to a Dalit then neither he nor his children can avail SC quota ,only that Dalit woman can avail SC quota .

So according to this theory we may consider Kirron Kher as Jat and Hema Malini as non-Jat .

I think these celebrities should not be considered in ministerial appointment under Jat quota, they can be made minister under celebrity and other quotas. Jat leaders like Sona Ram,sanwar lal and C.R. choudhary should be considered for ministerial berth under Jat quota who have strong base among millions of humble Jats and non-Jats and whose Jat identity can't be questioned.
