Know the new Ministers of the New Central Government

In which case, when a sister & daughter is stalked openly ? Did Hindutva organizations force muslims in Muzzafarnagar to do that ? Or to get ministerial berths in Congress/SP/BSP/Third Front on cost of pride & respect ?

For you knowledge the most powerful person of this country is not Brahmin, Baniya, Rajput or any other. He is a backward caste non-Jat OBC leader elevated, proposed, cheered by BJP/RSS irrespective of the fact that many in India were skeptical of him & even some Jats who are now talking about representation of backward castes.

I personally dislike this attitude of linking Jats with Dalits and other OBC's
we are far far better than them. We can fight like Rajputs, become spritual leader like Brahmins, do business like Baniyas and who can doubt on agriculture skills
.

Upper castes are over glorified as they were always dominant elites. Rajputs are certainly not viewed among best warriors of world, all of their heroes(Maharana Sanga, Prathvi Raj Chauhan, etc) lost in end and even made alliances with Mguhals; Rajputs were mad in barmer over denial of ticket to Jaswant Singh and started hobnobbing with Muslims.(Same Jaswant Singh who wrote book to praise Jinnah). Brahmins are condemned in whole world because of their ultra-racist writings(even Hitler was a child in front of them). Periyar, an anti-brahmin activist from Tamilnadu was given award by UNESCO. Compare these Rajputs with Pashtun or Vietnamese who fought against most powerful countries of world. What technological innovation are made by these groups ? or what is their contribution to mankind ?
As far as Jat are concerned, people belonging to these groups do spread anti-Jat propaganda and this should be matter of concern for Jats; Christian missionaries for example don't spread anti-Jat propaganda and Jats live peacefully in Christian countries, there is no reason for Jats to hate them.

There was total Caste based quota in Modi's cabinet .
Rao Inderjeet and Krishanpal Gujjar got Minister's birth due to their caste only ..

Traditional supporters of BJP i.e. Rajput,Brahman and Baniya got huge representation and important portfolios as usual ..

In my opinion BJP has its eyes set on 25 + VS seats in faridabad & ahirwal belt. They are targeting max strike rate in these areas.

You mean to say Rao is a pan India or a big Yadav leader and Gujjars are more politically powerful than Jats in votebank ?

Traditional supporters getting chunk ? So what you want ? Is that not right ? Thats why I said earlier for betterment of society lets engage with BJP they are there it is a fact. We can't become Ostrich.

It can't go hand in hand , keeping away from BJP and then expecting a big share .
Rao Inderjeet is considered anti-jat leader in Haryana .

Why Pandit Jaitley has been 2 important portfolios despite knowing that he lost election by a big margin in Modi wave ..

Why Gen. VK Singh has been given a minister's berth ?

A 12th pass Smriti Irani has been given the responsibilty of important HRD Ministry ..

Jats like Satyapal Singh,Sanwar Lal Jat and Sonaram Choudhary have defeated heavy-weight candidates of UPA . Then why they were ignored .

If BJP will continue its non-jat policies plus alliance with HJC,then Jats of Haryana will vote either to INLD or Congress .

The Narendra Modi-led regime promises sweeping changes in a host of areas, but one aspect in which it seems to have bowed to tradition is the caste composition of the council of ministers. Various upper castes, like Brahmins, Rajputs, Kayasthas and Vaishyas in the north or socially dominant communities that are for all practical purposes 'forward' like Lingayats, Vokkaligas and Marathas, account for 20 of the 46 ministerial berths. OBCs have 13 representatives, tribals six and dalits three.

Only three of the 46 ministers can clearly be identified as non-Hindus - Harsimrat Kaur Badal, a Sikh, and Najma Heptulla, a Muslim. Two others - Smriti Irani and Maneka Gandhi - are difficult to define by caste/community. What is interesting is how the caste mix changes across different levels of responsibility. Among the 24 Cabinet members (including Modi), 12 are upper caste, five OBC, two dalit and one a tribal. At this level, there is a marked dominance of the upper castes.

Move one step down and among the 10 ministers of state with independent charge, five are upper caste, four are OBC, none are dalit and there is just one tribal. Again, the upper castes form the biggest chunk, but OBCs are only a little behind them.

Among ministers of state without independent charge, the pattern completely changes. Of the 12, tribals and OBCs have four each, while there are only three upper caste representatives. There is a solitary dalit in this category. The somewhat larger presence of tribals in the council of ministers - 13% of the berths compared to just 6% when UPA-2 was sworn in - should not come as a surprise. Of the 47 ST-reserved seats in the Lok Sabha, BJP won 26 and its allies another two.

What is a bit of a surprise is the really low representation of dalits. With just three is the entire council, they have a mere 7% of berths, compared to a share of about 15-16% in the country's population. And it is not as if BJP or NDA did badly in SC-reserved seats. Of the 87 such Lok Sabha constituencies, BJP alone won 40 and its allies like Shiv Sena, LJP and TDP won another nine.

Even within OBCs, powerful castes like the Jats, Gurjars, Yadavs and Kammas are dominant in the ministerial berths, though MBCs like Kushwahas are also represented.

So the main Moto of BJP is to oppose Jats and glorify anti-jat leaders. It is the policy of MODI led government.

Jaitley is not only a Pandit Yaar , comeon :tears_of_joy:? One of the leader in BJP top 5 and leader of opposition in Rajya Sabha for long. Anyways, that may be the criteria but I don't think he will hold both ministeries for long. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE.

12th pass Rahul or 12th fail Sonia are acceptable at top most posts ?

Out of three . I must tell you that Satyapal will definitely get a berth sooner or later.

I don't know upto which extent people will deny the mandate. Even in Haryana BJP got 7 seats . So according to you it was anti Jat vote only , Jats not voted for BJP.

Every individual is having their own view so no issues. I have seen many sane voices on Jatland rasing questions about induction of Sonaram and other Jat leaders from Congress and now some ask why no ministerial berth. So it's an endless and illogical opposition.
According to me instead of crying foul, penetrating the system is more beneficial.

Lets engage with new government with optimism and hope for betterment of Indian & our society.

BTW congress is opposing Sanjeev Balyan, now where are congress supporter Jats ? I always say blind worshiping is not good. It is same Congress party which didn't visit Jat families to garner votes of minorities.

Congress today took potshots over the inclusion of riots accused Muzaffarnagar MP Sanjeev Balyan in the Union Council of Ministers headed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

"Why media is surprised by the inclusion of Muzaffarnagar riot accused in the ministry? After all it is Modi Sarkar," party general secretary Shakeel Ahmed tweeted.

A practising veterinary doctor, Balyan, who took oath as a Minister of State yesterday had joined BJP only one-and-a-half-years ago.

A Jat and a native of Kutba village in Muzaffarnagar district of Uttar Pradesh, he was jailed for about one month during the pre-emptive action taken before the Muzaffarnagar riots broke out.

Balyan, elected from Muzaffarnagar is among two party MPs from Western UP who have been given representation in Modi's ministerial council. Ghazibad MP and former Army chief V K Singh is the other MP from the region.

Balyan was part of a mahapanchayat held last year despite prohibitory orders that allegedly inflamed tensions. He was charged by the police with violation of prohibitory orders and promoting enmity between two communities.

BJP has maintained that Baliyan was framed in a politically motivated case. The Muzaffarnagar riots had claimed more than 60 lives.

Haryana BJP is not pro-jat that is sure .
Rao Inderjeet is the leader who filed petition against Jat Reservation in Supreme Court .
In Lok Sabha Elections also,Jats preferred Congress and INLD over BJP . You can just see the vote share of INLD and Congress in Jat Dominated Constituencies of Haryana.

BJP in Haryana want to ride on non-jat wave to win elections in upcoming Vidhan Sabha Haryana.
Similar situation is in Punjab, where BJP is not the most preferred party for Jat Sikhs. At large,Votes remain divided between SAD and Congress only.

Arun Jaitley was defeated in his first Election despite that he got reward of 2 Ministries.
This man came in Hisar Rally of Bishnoi last year and whole-heartedly stressed that BJP & HJC alliance would remain intact and Kuldeep Bishnoi would be next CM of Haryana.
Both Bishnoi and Jaitley have been defeated by Jats only.

Jats of Delhi,UP and Rajsthan openly voted for BJP but still they did not get proper representation that's what is the main issue .
I would call it a 'Doglapan' of BJP.

As far as Modi ji's Government is concerned,it's too early to comment on performance of NDA Government. We must give time to Modi ji to fulfill his promises .
I am not unhappy with Modi ji but with the allocation of Ministries.
Let's hope in next Cabinet Expansion,Jats get proper representation.

Political equations are not forever Avinash. This same Bishnoi family got votes of Jats in past and defeated Jats. Now do not say that Jats never voted for Bishnoi.

So if BJP is having alliance with HJC for the time being you can not portray a national party as anti-jat or a leader (Jaitley) who shared dias with Kuldeep became enemy of Jats. I admit that BJP can do something better in Haryana to win confidence of some Jat fellows like you by breaking alliance with HJC or may be doing alliance with INLD.

But those who just want to be loyal to Congress and just want to hate BJP can not be treated and I am sure they are minority.

Anyways, as you talked about other states. It's the only party which came for help & rescue of mine/your brothers across Yamuna in Muzzafarnagar last year and helped us in restoring our pride. It was not Ajit or Hudda or any other leader. You might declare it as a political move but every move is political by all parties and it doesn't matter to us as far as it helps us.

Jats on Jatland opposing induction Jat Congress leaders in BJP & Rajasthan now they have won . What you say about those Jat 'dogalapan' ? Some opposed tickets to Dr. Sanjeev Balyan & Kunwar Bhartendu by saying they were accussed in riots . Now these Jats are 'Dogla' ? Even now Congress and some leaders opposing induction of Dr. Balyan in cabinet . 'Dogalapan' .

Modi can not make each & every individual happy. I wish he could make most of them happy.

The distribution of various ministries and portfolios depicts the role of all members included. The three Jats have been assigned the following departments/ministries :

Harsimaran Kaur Badal as Cabinet Minister and Dr. Sanjeev Balayan as Minister of state will run the Ministry of Food Processing Industry.

In addition, Dr. Balayan as State Minister for Agriculture will be associated with Radha Mohan Singh, Cabinet Minister, Agriculture.

It would not be out of place to mention that earlier the Ministry of Food Processing Industry was part of Agriculture Ministry.

The role of Dr. Jitendra Singh as Minister of State will be concerned with Sc. and Tech., Earth sciences, PMO Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Department of Atomic Energy.

The Jats' have their say in 8 ministries/departments, what more they expect or demand !!!!

Assembly poll in mind, BJP looks for non-Jat option

http://www.tribuneindia.com/2014/20140528/haryana.htm#1

Chandigarh, May 27
The BJP seems to be consolidating its position as a non-Jat alternative in Haryana. Five faces from the state, all non-Jats with roots in Haryana, have found a place in Narendra Modi’s Cabinet even as party leaders admit that Haryana will be the central leadership’s next mission.

While Haryana has got two berths in the Cabinet, with Minister of State (independent charge) Rao Inderjit Singh and Minister of State Krishan Pal Gurjar, three other MPs, Sushma Swaraj, VK Singh and Piyush Goyal, have a close connect to the state. Swaraj and Goyal belong to Ambala district and VK Singh is from Bhiwani. All three still have a strong association with the places they hail from.
Political observers see a “deliberate design” in the choice of leaders inducted and feel that the central leadership has an eye on the Assembly elections. They insist that it cannot be a coincidence that all five leaders, including first-timers, of different communities have found a place in the Cabinet.
While Rao Inderjit represents the Ahir community, Gurjar represents the backward Gujjar community. Swaraj comes from a Brahmin family while VK Singh represents the Rajputs and Goyal the trader community.
Sources maintain that at a time when the Congress and the Indian National Lok Dal are seen to be playing Jat vote-bank politics, the BJP, given its performance in the General Election, has attempted to fill the vacuum in terms of non-Jat politics in the state.
Though the Congress leadership repeatedly claims of a support base in the 36 communities that make up Haryana and insists that it believes in taking everybody along, non-Jat leaders in the party believe that the leadership has gone the extra mile to woo the Jats.
They add that the two terms of Congress rule under Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda has given it a Jat identity, which the party finds difficult to disassociate from despite the sops doled out to other communities.
The Haryana Janhit Congress led by Kuldeep Bishnoi projected itself as a non-Jat alternative and managed to polarise non-Jats to a certain extent in the Hisar parliamentary seat, reducing it to a Jat versus non-Jat battle.
The party contested the General Election in alliance with the BJP, headed by Ram Bilas Sharma, a Brahmin who was chosen over Capt Abhimanyu, a Jat. Party insiders agree that the choice of state party president was based on the sole motive of winning over non-Jats, given lack of leadership on this front.
BJP Legislature Party leader Anil Vij, insists that the BJP does not believe in caste politics and has universal appeal across communities. “The HJC may have fought the election on a non-Jat vote bank, but we have not. In the BJP, we are taught that all castes are one. Election results have shown that we are acceptable to every community. All those with a Haryana connection who have found place in the Cabinet are non-Jats, but there was hardly any option among Jats that could be considered,” he says.

I agree with you.May be it is due to the fact that there is no strong Jat Leader in Haryana BJP with mass support base.

Hemant, That is the crux of problem. You said it right. It's not the destiny of Jats we can change this scenario.

That is why I suggest fellow members lets engage with them give it a try to create a leadership in Haryana BJP. It's a two way process.

Bhai 23-24 jat MP hai, reservation mil gya. Ibb thoda unity ka jotta mar do the bhai visibility aur participation bad jayegi. Moreover haryana me day one jat, non-jat politics rahi hai, nothing new. Moreover 36 biradari se, saare nu batt dekhe se ak unke candidate ne CM banave. Here driving force would be a person with wide acceptability. We need a good CM.

Prashant,
Bhai news are around that cabinet expand hoga before bugdet session, may be they will consider it that time. Rahi bat haryana me ministries ki to wo elections ko dekhte hue di gyi hai, moreover rao inderjeet to 3-4 me MP reh rha hai pehle bhi cabinet minister tha to usko us basis pe mila hai. Krishanpal ka mujhe itna idea nhi hai.

hamare phool bhaio bata rahe hai yeh jaat hai...mujhe to nahi lagta
His full name is Dr. Jitendra Singh Rana .. Most of 'Rana' in Himachal Pradesh,Punjab and Jammu & Kashmir are Rajputs.

Rana,Rawat and Tomar are highly confusing gotras. Found in both Jats and Rajputs. Difficult to distinguish.
