ke fer in ne JL Matrimonial section ke moderator ka jimma lya dyaa.... ar usne paid section bana dya..50-50 rapiye ek faaram ke.
Unki degree, phottu, pehchaan pattar, umar, passport, visa, naukari parmaan pattar, incometax return, form 16 ityadi...... check kare pachche e unka faraam dikhna chahiye yhaade...;)

Unn bhi kai be shikayat aa li ak hude farji profile aan laag gayi ghani e, mere yaad se ek chhori farji NRI profile baddal birdaave thi..byahe pachche

There is a moderator here who pokes his nose in everything !! He decides which thread and post will stay and which will be deleted. I attribute low activity to him to a large extent in last few months.

why not make this as bit liberal site ! We dont need environment like "JBT" masters with "Danda" in their hands!! Save this site !

I am leaving thsi website due to this b$$$w$ dr rajpal janghu. he has been deleting all good posts from me. this mod thinks as if he has become barack obama and he has all powers in this world. every post from every member he attacks sarcastically always. he wants his virew to be supreme. because of him, many worthy members r not coming to this site. this "$$$$$$$$$$$" has done a 'kabja' on this website.

every post u write this "$$$$$$$$" comes and puts his sarcastic comments as if this site is made by his father and only we have to write his way only. today he deleted many good posts from me.

Looks like sunny had raised the right issue long back but no action was taken. I feel he had given up after lot of trouble by master ji and i emphathise with him except his selection of words!

hope satyeshwar takes some decision about this now even if masterji is not ready to quit ! Kamla Beniwal er sheila dikshit ke sehaj si maani thi - manayi gayi thi !!

Right hamare ladai vichardhara se hai vyakti visesh se nhi. We have high regard for our elders, such words demean us. There are better ways to say things.

You're right Uncleji,

There are lots of $$$ signs that should have been put in place (thought it was a PM)
But anyways, let's leave the judgement to our Moderator brother and his crystal ball.

No wonder, how many members get banned now because of this revolt. I see myself at the No. 1 slot now.:angel:

I might not be a suitable person to give suggestion on this issue but sharing my views which I've observed since I joined JL:

==> My first question is that why we need moderator when we all feel that we are educated and sophisticated enough on our thought process.
==> I don't know what kind of agenda moderators/site administrator are following but know one thing that people try to prove right themselves in every situation.
==> It's quite natural to see difference of opinion when people come together which lead to a conflict. Ultimately people try to protect their interest.
==> It's a public forum so no one wants to be proved wrong in front of others whether it's moderator or a normal JL user.
==> Everyone has right to express their views but no one can decide what is right or what is wrong. It's a matter of one's perception and attitude towards the things.
==> I've seen so many time a normal discussion become turns into a personal matter. In most of cases it's related to the political interest/views.


At the end I would suggest if people start accepting the views of others than the role of moderator can be minimized in case of conflicts. Also moderator are not exception of this thing.
If our site moderator could work in true spirit by raising their level of accepting the members views then we can be witness of a more enthusiastic participation of our existing forum members in discussions. Also this will give a better picture to new users.
 
This thread was not started to target someone personally, I apologize for the bad words used by anyone including me. We don't want anyone to go but to change thier style of working. I request all to kindly remove $$$$ content from your individual posts.

Pahle to bhai sab welcome back. We may have had differences of opinion, but I did miss not having you around for long.

On the post, it is precisely this reason people are not coming to Jatland. People take things too personally and get too personal. Sandeep bhai yahan sab kuch banane aaye honge, par dost nahi. It should not surprise anyone that this james bond called me to threaten me with life for retaliating his posts against modi, and I am sure no person in sane mind will support that. Then he sent me PMs full of BS that were not responded too. Instead of responding, I took up this matter with Satyeshwar and he made the right decisions.

I agree moderation should not be very extensive but some members here do need to be told what to do. We may have differences of opinions, but it should never go to personal extent.
